Dr Kao is amazing. He and his staff are caring and thorough. I now have my entire family going to the Seneca clinic. getting a quick appointment is possible but I have had to wait a few days to get in before. they treated me like family.

So disappointed... waited over an hour for my 8 month olds appointment and still hadn’t been seen. I get it you run late but to keep a busy 8 month old waiting over an hour is very careless and unprofessional

Dr. Kao was my husband and my primary physician and we were both very satisfied with Dr. Kao's professional care. We are very sorry to hear he has relocated to Plainfield. We reside within 20 minutes of Riverside Hospital and feel we need to be established with a Riverside doctor. We wish him well!

I just went to see Dr kao for a school form and he didn't say anything about him leaving the practice, I found out when I went to my new neurologist, they asked who my primary Dr was and I said Kao they said is he still working? I said I had just seen him last week and thought they were talking about my prior neurologist, Dr Orozco who told me he was leaving and going to work out of Chicago, Dr Kao Never said anything about leaving

First & second were great. You have to schedule a week or more out to see Dr Kao. He was caring & interested in my case at first but I became to much and he became "all tapped out" for what he could do for me. I had a sinus infection, asthma, &an immune disease. He could have called my immunolgist to communicate what my care going fwd could have been as far as my shortness of breath but he turned me away & denied me care. I dropped him as a Dr and got a certified letter from Kao dropping me..nic

What an excellent doctor. I have never had such a good experience before. He was nice and personable, explained things very well, asked all the right questions and quickly resolved my problem. I am so glad I found him!
