Dr. Collier Chan

The doctor looks very strict and tough like an old school headmaster while listening to the patient as he doesn’t like to listen to if you are gonna tell him your multiple problems. He doesn’t like to prescribe me my required medication. He likes to prescribe me only suggestions. Upon several requests he prescribe medication for me. The doctor is not friendly and welcoming.

Experienced professional doctor. Quickly diagnosed my problem and prescribed the right medication for me. Office receptionist was friendly and polite. Highly recommend Dr.Chan.

Doctor Chan is wonderful. I had horrible pain in my left nail, after my visit I no longer experience the ingrown nail. I highly recommend his service.

I had a very pleasant experience today as a new patient. Dr.Chan really was there to attend my concerns. I was very thankful he explained in detail what was causing the pain in my left foot. He was very eloquent and empathetic.

Dr. Chan is very professional and knowledgeable. He patiently listened to my issue and was able to find the help I needed. I would definitely recommend going to his office if you are in need of podiatrist. I'm glad I found his office.

Dr Collier Chan rushes me out of his office after spending 10 minutes including giving me a foot X-ray. He didn’t even find the area that gave me constant pain. He seemed annoyed that I was asking a few too many questions. As a new patient and one who expressed confusion about my condition, he was awful. Impatient. He was so eager to get to his next returning patient. I guess it was evident to him that I didn’t need surgery or other revenue generating procedures or visits. I have heel spur and or plantar fasciitis. He said,” everything you need to know is in the paper I gave you.”. It was a plain printout of definition and care for my foot which I can google. I didn’t need a Doctorate Of Podiatry Medicine to tell me, I suppose. Yet he will get paid very handsomely by my healthcare insurance policy. Doesn’t want to explain or spend an extra minute with patient

He is a good doctor

My wife went to this doctor today & she was satisfied. At first she read the reviews and they mostly weren’t good, but actually, the truth is the doctor was very good. The front desk was also nice.

Referred to Dr. Chan by my PCP for foot pain. Scheduled an appointment for a convenient time the following week. When I arrived I was directed immediately to an examination room, where I waited less than five minutes before being seen by the doctor. Same experience for subsequent visits. Doctor was very congenial, thorough, and patient- he took the time to listen to my concerns and explain his findings, making sure I understood what was going on. Treatment was effective. Highly recommended.

According to the office of Dr. Collier K Chan, my insurance now requires a consultation fee of $60.00 co-pay first, and then another $60.00 co-pay for the next appt. when or if she decides any medical action is needed. My insurance is through my employer, not obamacare. Why am I subjected to all these co-pays without any outcome, services tie to fees. I am just paying fees without any outcome. To add insult to co-pay, the doctor said I waited too long for the second visit and refuse svc.
