Dr. Buchmann and his staff literally changed my life. I have known since I was a teenager that I needed jaw surgery; however, my parents were not on board and then life happened. I was having more and more issues with headaches and jaw pain and was referred to Dr. Buchmann. From the moment I met him and Christina, I knew this was the right time and doctor for my surgery. He answered EVERY single question I had (some were absolutely ridiculous since I read every fb group and reddit thread I could find on the topic). Surgery day, I had zero anxiety going into it. My recovery was perfect and six months later, I know this was the best decision I could have made. It was not easy to get to this road, my insurance initially denied my procedure, but Ashleigh worked tirelessly behind the scenes to have it all approved. I don't know how I made it almost 40 years without every being able to chew correctly or sleep comfortably, but I'm glad that I found Dr. Buchmann and his office.

When I first came in, the ladies at the desk were so nice to me. They did my x rays and I needed to get my teeth removed. Then when the dentist got into the office, I tried to explain why I need to get my teeth removed to get dentures. He was so rude to me and had an attitude towards me. I had to stood up and to never talk to me like that. When I got to the end, they were charging me $400 for an appointment and to get my 2 teeth removed, it will be $2300. I meant that's just insane. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Buchmann and he was amazing! He made sure from the consultation to the surgery that I felt prepared, all my questions were answered and I was at ease. He even called to check on me a few hours after surgery. I definitely recommend!!

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Buchmann and his staff at NTOFS, Keller office. He was recommended by my dentist. The initial consulation with Dr. Buchmann was very pleasant - he took time and explained in detail why I have discomfort as well as explained the surgery options. I just had my 4 wisdom teeth removed and a surgical procedure on the lip- all done by Dr. Buchmann. The entire process at the doctor's office on the surgery day was completely seamless and pain free. Dr. Buchmann called on the same day evening after surgery to check how I am doing post sugery. The recovery after the surgery seems to be speedy and well - following doctor's post surgery instructions and medications. Dr. Buchmann is an absolutely phenomenal oral surgeon. And his staff is phenomenal as well. Hey guys. I wanted to drop a line and thank you for the awesome experience. You made me feel comfortable throughout my whole procedure and my recovery was excellent. Dr. Buchmann came highly rated from our regular dentist and our endodonist. Both of them tried their best best to save a problem molar tooth I was having difficulty with, but, it was time to have it removed. My procedure went exactly like it was described to me by Dr. Buchmann and his staff during my initial consultation. His procedure went textbook smooth, efficient, and truly painless! Do not hesitate to call his office staff and set up an appointment. You, like me, will be very glad you did!

Our 21 yr. old daughter just had all four of her Wisdom teeth extracted yesterday- she is doing really good on her second day! Dr. B and his staff were super caring and patient with her. Our daughter was nervous at the beginning and I must say my husband and I were impressed with the preparations a week before her surgery date. It really does help the healing process. I would highly recommend Dr. B to anyone who is in search of a high quality Oral Surgeon.

Both my daughter and I have seen Dr Buchmann for tooth extraction...my daughter had her wisdom teeth out and experienced no pain and was fine the next day. I was so impressed that when I had to have 2 teeth out- I called Dr B office. after having a really bad experience at another oral surgery office a year prior this time around I had minimal pain and recovery time was just a few days. I have autoimmune issues that was taken into consideration prior to surgery that helped me avoid flareup.

Dr. Buchmann and staff took very good care of me during and post surgery. The doctor personally called to check on me the day following the procedure. Both me and my daughter have been patients of Dr. Buchmann and would strongly recommend him.

My 17 year old son needed all four wisdom teeth out. This would have been a sore but standard procedure but my son as a phobia of needles. Not a fear, but a knee-jerk refusal to have an injection. He has previously had cavities filled without Novocaine. Dr. Buchmann and his staff was amazing, working with him step by step and on the day of the surgery completing it with minor issues. The gratitude I have to him and his staff is tremendous. Other doctors have not been as patient or understanding

Years ago I had a root canal on one of my back lower teeth. Over the years the tooth decayed to the point where I had to have it removed. I weighed my options of having bridge or implant. I was worried about having the surgery for the implant and reluctantly went ahead with the implant. Through a two stage process performed by Dr. Buckmann, He extracted the diseased tooth and put an implant stud in it's place. It was completely painless. I'm so glad I made the right decision for the implant.

I would recommend him to everyone! From the minute I walked in until the minute I left I was at ease. I am extremely nervous about needles. However, Dr. Buchmann and his team kept me talking and distracted, and I ended up feeling much better than usual. The day after my surgery I was on no hard pain medicine, and I was able to eat! If I need anything else, I know where I will be going.

I had jaw surgery several years ago with Dr. Buchmann and still to this day get compliments on my smile almost daily! He is one of the best doctors around and I am still so happy I went with him for my surgery if I needed any other oral surgery procedures he would be my doctor again!

Amazingly good experience, if you can say that for having a tooth pulled! Dr. Buchmann and his staff were professional, courteous and caring about your comfort. After the IV was put in, I was aware of voices but never felt the tooth being pulled or any discomfort. I was not expecting to wake up and not have discomfort. Thank you, Dr. Buchmann! Highly recommend this practice for any person that is a chicken when it comes to a tooth being pulled.

A very good experience considering it was a wisdom tooth extraction! I took both my girls on the same day and they were both very impressed. My oldest is special needs and the entire staff was very patient and caring. She came through fine. My youngest is a wanna-be dentist and she had a million and one questions. Each one was answered in very professional manner.....even the semi-goofy ones after the anesthesia.....("Do you have to be handsome to be a Dr?") The recovery is going as well as expected. Amazing oral surgeon! I went to his office last year to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed & they healed well no swelling on my face. I paid only a third of what my regular dentist office had quoted me & actually got a refund after they were done with my insurance filing and payment. During a routine cleaning my dentist found a small growth on the underside of my tongue and suggested I see Dr. Buchmann. I found Dr. Buchmann to be very personable and engaging and I trusted him to remove the growth. I highly recommend Dr. Buchmann and the very courteous and professional staff in the Keller office.

My procedure was for impacted wisdom tooth extraction. I have nothing but the highest praise for Dr Buchmann and the staff at NTFOS. Since I am older, I was a little concerned about the possibility of increased risk for the surgerey. Dr Buchmann was able to convey how completely minor the surgery was, without being patronizing or generalized - Rather than "pat me on the head and tell me he'd done hundreds of these and I had nothing to worry about- there there" he related his own experience with the surgery with my own concerns and gave me real-life, medical reassurances. Every one in the office makes you feel comfortable. I was scared to get my wisdom teeth out, & Dr. Buchmann was very well with doing his job. He made sure I was comfortable when they put me under and i didn't even know it until they woke me up and helped me to recovery. It was AWESOME.

Dr. Buchmann is great. He is very personable and concerned that his patients are comfortable with the procedures he is going to perform. I was supposed to hava a root canal at an endodontist on Thursday morning. The endodontist started the root canal and couldn't save the tooth because of a crack in the tooth. They stopped the root canal and said I needed to have the tooth extracted so I went back to my dentist and he referred me to Dr. Buchmann (whom I had seen before.) Because I was starting a new job on Tuesday of next week, Dr. Buchmann's office staff were able to work me in the same day at 1:30pm. I arrived for the evaluation and explained my situation to Dr. Buchmann and he was able to extract the tooth the same day (it is still Thursday.) He is so gentle and had the tooth out in about 45minutes and I was on my way. I would highly recommend him to anyone whether you need anesthia or just novocaine. He has pulled other teeth for me in the past using both methods and I've always had good results. There is one more plus to the whole experience. His office is filled with delightful art!!! Couldn't have asked for better service. On time and efficient, very accomodating, and the follow-up treatment and take home bag were great. If you never thought ahead they helped you to be ready for the first 24 hours post-surgery.

I went to Dr. Buchmann with a problem of having to try to remove screws that were left in my jaw after I had surgery 20+ years ago. They were now starting to poke through tto where I could feel them and something needed to be done. Had my surgery last Wed and he was able to accomplish getting them out...which was kind of a long shot...but I am THRILLED that with his expertise he was able to accomplish that and not have to go to Plan B...which would have been a lot more down time. Dr. Buchmann's staff was excellent...made this whole process go off without a hitch. From beginning to end the service at Dr. Buchmann's office was phenomenal. My surgery for getting all 4 wisdom teeth plus an additional tooth extracted was scheduled just one week from my consultation and the day of my surgery I was taken back to the room with no wait. From front desk to dental assistant everyone talks to you like you're a long lost friend, inquiring about something you mentioned the first visit. Surgery was painless and once in recovery my significant other was brought back to me so that I was more comfortable. Dr. Buchmann came back to recovery to give some instructions for post op treatment and sent us on our way. In and out in under an hour! When I woke up my significant other and I tried our hardest to remember the instructions but we needn't have worried, sent home with us was a list of instructions and waiting on my voicemail was a message from Dr. Buchmann with those valuable instructions plus some tips to minimize swelling and discomfort.
