Dr. Peppler has made my quality of life very good since an auto accident in 2010. It's just not fair that Dr. Peppler has to retire from a life threatening disease after helping so many people. I know I'll never find another pain management doctor as compassionate as Dr. Peppler. But now the time has come. You wont find a better doctor. And yes he lidtens and remembers alot

I am not a patient however, my man is. Dr peppler himself is great from what I’ve seen & heard from him BUT the office staff & trying to get ahold of anyone is a joke. Then they change their phone system so you can’t even get through to anyone.

Dr. Peppler is one of the most compassionate health care professionals I’ve ever met. He takes time to listen to his patients concerns and questions and works with them on finding the best solutions. My quality of life has changed a great deal for the better since becoming one of Dr. P’s patients. Wait times tend to be on the long side, but that’s usually because he really takes his time with people. Can’t say enough good things about him and his staff. Although lately my visits have been telehealth appointments Dr.Peppler has always been the most caring,knowledgeable and professional docs I’ve ever seen.He truly cares about his patients.Him and his staff have made my life more manageable as I can function without being in constant pain 24/7.They handle all the calls,appointments and refills so managing my pain is what I can work on.I saw reviews where people complained about waiting,The waiting (office appointments) is because Dr.Peppler cares and some patients need extra time.Some visits take longer some are shorter.Just be patient.He is busy because he is a great doctor.

Dr Peppler has been managing my injury pain since 1994. He has taken me through some very intense post operation pain. I don’t know how I would have made it without him. Dr Peppler aka Dr. P is the most compassionate, kind, professional Pain Management Specialist I’ve encountered in 22 yrs. dealing w/ chronic pain. He is also a gifted technician w/ all of the latest image or tactile guided injections, nerve blocks, RF ablations, etc.. I am a medical professional and have had experience for over 30 years & can say he’s simply the best. He will challenge you for your highest benefit. The ONLY detractor is that appointment times in the office can run disappointingly late. I would recommend Dr. P unequivocally and w/o reservation. Dr. Peppler began treatment for my wife after she sustained an serious on the job back injury in 2011. The injury was severe enough that my wife had to accept a medical retirement from one of the big 3 auto companies. She continues to receive treatment presently. I was so impressed with Dr. Peppler's attention to detail , follow up and treatment options presented to us, and his people first persona. I have degenerative disk disease in my neck. After seeing other other specialists, chiropractor's , physical therapist's, etc. The surgeons wanted to do surgery, the chiropractic treatments and physical therapy Lasted briefly at best ( hours to a couple of days). I ask Dr. Peppler if he would become my pain management Dr. I'm thankful for his agreeing to my request. My neck , shoulder pain has subsided, I have full use of my shoulder, have neck rotation with out pain, have much better sleep at night. Dr. Peppler is beyond just prescribing medication, or injections, or surgical procedures. He is about listening to your case, educating You about specific case and how you can be an active part of your treatment. Great doctor! And a great person. He's the best I have had for over a year, its worth any waiting time.

I have had 3 back surgeries, a hip replaced, a tumor from my foot removed, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, migraines, osteoarthritis, to sum it up, i am a mess. I sometimes feel that death would be better than all this pain, BUT, because of Doctor Peppler, Mandy and the WHOLE group there, i feel like a HUMAN BEING, despite the government telling me that i should LIVE with this awful pain and not complain with no pain medicine, this wonderful Doctor understands totally my pain, i don't know how to convey that it is rare to find a doctor who cares like this, for that, i feel i can make it thru each day, they have given me for 8 years the will to go on. Wanted to thank Anna, Mandy, and Dr. Peppler for their compassion, and care for our family. Everyone there are true professionals in every sense of the word. I have never met a staff that does as much as possible to ensure a better quality of life for their patients. I attended my mother’s first appointment today with Dr. Peppler & honestly there are no words to describe this doctor or man except he is absolutely amazing. After watching my mother suffer for most of her life & more there half of my life I have never come across a doctor that took the time out & actually listened to her & everything she has gone through & was willing to help her instead of turning her away like the last I don’t even know how many we’ve tried to see in regards to ongoing chronic issues. He is honestly one of the only doctor I’ve ever meet that you can see actually cares & wants to help his patients. Sad not many doctors like there like this anymore. New/Future doctors could really learn a lot from Dr. Peppler. Remember why you got into medicine like the hippocratic oath you took to become a doctor! Dr Peppler was Absolutely Amazing- Unlike Any Dr I've Ever Met- and I've Met A lot of pain Drs throughout my Horrendous Experience with Back pain- Surgery pain. He is down to earth, he listened to everything I had to say, And Actually understood me and my conditions, concerns and everything I've gone through- he is Amazing- We need more Drs like him to be Advocating for Long term pain patients like me. Instead of all these young ones coming in thinking you don't need any Meds for chronic pain- you get to just deal with it.?!. Okay deal with it, why don't you try dealing with it on an everyday, all day and night basis and let me know how you handle it!!! You can't just be in chronic pain for 24 years ( with Meds) and expect to Stop them because all of a sudden we have a huge Overdosing crisis on heroin which has Absolutely Nothing to do with Myself- I've been on Meds for more than 1/2 my life- it started with Rheumatoid Arthritis in my knees, then to the back at 19 years of age- ended up having 3 Spinal surgeries that left me disabled- And it took me a lot of Drs before I found one that actually listened to me and agreed with my care and concerns!! I'm sooo happy I was referred to him! Even though he only takes one of my Insurance plans- I'll have to find a way to make it work! My wife has been seeing Peppler for a little over a year. Everytime we make the 1.5 hr drive to his office we are greeted by ticked off patients that have been sitting around 1 , 2 plus hours after their appt time. 1.5 yrs later, as usual my wife is waiting on peppler. Her appt time was @11:30 am it's now 12:54 pm and peppler still hasn't arrived yet. Peppler is more imporatant than you and I. Our schedules and things we have to do are not important. The only thing that matters is Peppler taking care of his own personal business while making YOU, the pee on wait on him. Im outraged over this. This isn't the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th time I have complained. THis happenes EVERY SINGLE TIME! This is the last straw. My wife is done with Peppler. She's going to see a real pain management Dr that actually cares about being on time and not making his patients wait. If you're sick and tired of this, Call Dr. Halajian in Dearborn Hts Mi. on Ford Rd. The wait time average is a biased joke

I have been seeing Dr. Peppler for at Least 7 years ! He is the most Caring Dr. I have Ever had the Pleasure of meeting ! He Genuinely has Special concern for Each patient he sees ! On my Second visit ( way back) he asked how my Mother was feeling ! I was Shocked that he even remembered our First conversation ! His attention to detail is Amazing ! That says "Alot" about his Character, and he gives the Same detail to addressing your Pain issues ! And to his Staff ? Anna, Mandy, and the Entire staff there are So Amazing ! I will be "Forever" Greatful to of had the Privilege of finding the Best Pain Management Clinic in the State ! I have only recently started seeing Dr. Craig Peppler for Atypical Trigeminal Neuralgia (ATN)! I have run a TN Association Support Group for Suburban Detroit since 1998. I have also sent a number of my Support Group Members to see Dr. Peppler. We have ALL found Dr. Peppler to be very empathetic toward our condition which in the Medical Books is called the worst pain known to mankind and the "suicide condition"!! I've been seeing Dr. Peppler for 10 year's, he's a great Doctor, he really cares for his patients. He talks to you and explains everything to you so you understand, always treats you with respect, and he doesn't rush you in and out.
