I came here for a broken arm. Dr. Viviano is very thorough in explaining your situation/condition. I feel at ease under his care. The receptionist was also very friendly and professional. I highly recommend the doctor and his staff.

I absolutely love Doctor Viviano (Dr. V) He explains everything. He takes his time with you so you understand your options and situation. He has a wonderful bedside manner and his humor is witty and fun. He will work with you and your health provider to ensure your individual needs are met.

For this veteran of bumps, bruises, and a busted anterior cruciate ligament, I must say that this is by far the best orthopedic practice I have ever encountered. Dr. Viviano is very thorough, and explains everything in a very complete and caring manner. The treatment program he outlined, got me from crutches, to bicycling long distances again, from sharp pain, to painless, in just a few months of targeted "patient education" and physical therapy. The staff is wonderful, and very helpful at all times. I am almost 65 years old. My knee feels 18 again! Awful doctor, very rude, very rude secretary. My insurance was temporarily down and he refused to see me without a cash payment and told me he would reimburse me as soon as my insurance was up and running. I got my assurance up and running 5 days later, and his secretary gave me an attitude to process the payment. She finally processed the payment lied to me and told me takes them 9 months to get reimbursed. Until now they have my cash payment and my insurance payment and I have not been reimbursed anything. During that time I visited 2 other doctors that took me happily with no payment and processed my insurance payment a week later and refused to take any cash. This doctor as only a thief, and as a patient i felt unsulted MULTIPLE TIMES!!! Awful doctor, very rude, very rude secretary. I and both of my children have seen Dr. Viviano. He is a very patient doctor and explains everything in detail. Dr. V took the time to explain information to my son (8) and my daughter (10) in terms the could understand. I did read the other reviews; regarding the one negative review the receptionist is not rude she doesn't have a warm disposition. Dr. Viviano unlike most doctors that can claim they have treated sport stars does NOT have an inflated ego. I recommend the doctor to anyone I know that needs an ortho. Dr. Viviano is an exceptionally caring doctor. He takes a great deal of time to diagnose a problem and then recommends what can be done to cure or improve the disorder. The BEST and WARMEST ortho doctor I have ever been to! (and I have been to 3)!
