Atrocious experience. They lost my confidential emailed records. He put 3 or 4 sets of drops in my eyes. I had reaction to them that lasted 6 days (no problems ever before). Refused to answer my calls. Didn't tell me a drug I had used in the past for allergic reaction had changed tiers and there were cheaper alternatives and then ignored requests to fill out the paperwork so I might get a partial reimbursement from my insurance company. When I put request in writing after several verbal requests, after numerous days he filled out paperwork but it apparently didn't have the infx needed as I lost the entire $260 for the Rx. Told me I had a polyp in my eye which might cause vision loss which would require shots in my eye. Refused to answer questions about "polyp." Finally went to another optometrist for a consult. He looked at those records and took further images and told me my eye anatomy was normal. Took over 2 weeks to sort out all the problems caused by the one appointment.

Upon arrival for Annual eye examination staff welcomed use and immediately examinations took place. Doctor examination and review followed immediately. All performed their duties in a professional and friendly manner. Strongly recommend the Rose EyeCare Center for eye care and maintenance. djk

I have a very challenging eye condition and complicated prescription, and Dr. Rouse and his team have been exceptional to work with. Dr. Rouse is highly competent and thorough, and his staff is knowledgeable and professional. I am so grateful for the time they have spent with me and that they accept such a broad range of insurances. I've never felt in better hands with my eye health as I do now!
