I had a difficult tooth extraction due to an exceptional long root structure and the condition of the tooth. Dr. Wong proved to be an excellent oral surgeon because he assessed my unique situation and gave me repeated doses of sedative to eliminate any chance of pain, waited a full twenty minutes for my jaw to be completely numb and gradually tried different approaches to minimize the impact of the extraction on my jaw. After the extraction he filled in the empty root cancels and inserted sutures in my jaw. He explained all these steps to me before each was performed so I was at ease during a procedure that could have been very stressful. During my life, I am 71, I have had teeth extracted twice before, wisdom teeth and front incisors to make room for braces. i am still greatfull for Craig & Kirk WONG they are life savers. Craig Saved my life when he pulled all my defected root canals out i was blind for over a year under 90 pounds and every body just thought it was because i was on drugs, Still Clean 6 years later and zero bad teeth i am back up to 145 pounds and my vision is nearly perfect again, kirk saved the use of my hand re attatched 3 of my tendons in my hand when i fell and cut the palm of my left hand nearly all the way threw.. Job well done i wonder if they are Brothers.. I have never found a place where the whole staff is so nice. Warm and welcoming. Dr Wong is a savior. I had lost all hope of having a smile again. And though my journey is a long one he is in it for the long haul. No one likes going to the dentist let alone an oral surgeon but it feels more like I'm dropping by to visit friends. Higley recomend here. You cant be disappointed. With everything that I have been through. Even if my smile its or wont ever be perfect I will know I was in the best hands for task I came to see Dr Wong for. When my journey is over I'll post photos. ohotos. Front desk can work on their phone etiquette and customer service. Other than that I had a great experience with the Dental Assistants and Dr. Wong. I had my bottom right wisdom tooth removed. He was extremely gentle with the extraction, no tugging no pulling. I didn’t even realize he had gotten it out. I’ve heard other people’s experiences that have gone elsewhere. I was honestly scared from their experience. Post removal I had manageable pain after numbness went away. I could have toughed it out but ended up taking 600mg of Ibuprofen. Just had an impacted wisdom tooth removal done. Dr Wong and all of his staff was phenomenal. Dr Wong even was able to save the other tooth once he got inside to see the roots better. Dr Wong and his surgical assistant Jeff are awesome. I highly Reccomended if you need a skilled oral surgeon team. Reasonable pricing as well. 24 hours after and I feel great with little pain.

Excellent service, excellent doctors, excellent staff, they actually care about their patients.

Horrible service. Definitely steer clear unless you want your time wasted.
