Terrible bedside manner and awful long waits. Lack of clear communication and not good with kids AT ALL.

Armijo turned my 10 month old son away because he had a fever of 101. I took him to urgent care to find out he had an ear infection and was prescribed antibiotic. When he had allergic reaction to antibiotic and broke out in rash, he was turned away again even though the rash had disappeared after a day and it was already 2 days clear. I wanted to make sure ear infection was gone since we stopped antibiotic. The girl I was trying to make the follow up appt through said I couldn't take my baby son there due to rash and she asked me if he still had ear infection....That's what I need to see the Dr. for!!!....The staff was very rude and Armijo was very short with us and made us feel like we bothered her. Not impressed by her office and service at all. I left and am extremely happy with new Dr! I was only with her because hospital referred me. I work in healthcare and I guess when I go in with Gold Coast insurance for him, I am low class. Well, I know a thing or two Lady! Didn't Doctors and medical staff get vaccinated first so they can care for patients no matter the symptom? I know I did. Some Doctor. Everytime that I have come, we always wait over 30 mins to be seen. I do t understand to what's the point of having an appointment if they are going to have us wait over 30 mins to be seen. The only positive thing about this place, is that it's down the street from my house. But it has gotten to the point that I am ok with driving little further out to a different doctor. The doctoes here are NOT FRIENDLY. They don't make you feel welcome. You just don't get a fussy , warm feeling by the doctors. I am not happy with this place or for the service. I had to wait 2 hours for them to help me And it turns out they forgot about me dude really..

She forcibly retracted my sons skin on his privates saying it has to be done. I did some research and noooooo don't do it it will retract naturally when he is older.
