Always polite and greets you with a smile! He spends time discussing all questions and never rushed.

Lady on office staff very rude and nasty. Was put on hold 10 times on phone call and also hung up on. Said my health insurance was good and would pay for visit, one month later got bill for visit and said my health insurance no good. Recommend to stay away from this place!

Office Staff doesn't return calls. This happened over a week where she said she would return calls.

Dr. Byrnes is a top notch doctor. He is up to date on latest research, explains things in an easy to understand manner, and is willing to listen to patient's concerns.

Very kind pleasant and understanding. I moved about 10 miles away from where he is located but continue to see him because I trust him and he is very good in treating my problems.
