Dr. Cynthia E Bailey

The first time here she didn’t even introduce herself. A staff member entered the room and Dr. Bailey yelled at her for approaching her on the wrong side. I wouldn’t go back to her if she was giving FREE dental care. This woman is one of the rudest people on the planet. She is renowned in the dental community for being a bit*h. Stay away.

My young children are very comfortable with Dr. Bailey and her office. The office is very clean, friendly and accommodating. Dr. Bailey is knowledgeable and caring towards my kids. I highly recommend Bailey Dental Group for your family. We drive an hour to Dr. Bailey's office as she is the only dentist we trust.

My children enjoy going to get their teeth clean... so that should say it all! Highly recommend for all ages. Professional and up to date!!

This place is a joke 5 months later trying to charge me 250 never told me they where out of network but still went forward with working on my teeth my insurance won't pay which I canceled now cigna by the way but jeez nobody covers to get a couple cavitys fixed what a joke...

For the second time in two years, my new dentist found that doctor bailey missed a root in a root canal. When I say I wouldn’t wish this pain on my worst enemy, I mean it. If my new dentist wouldn’t of caught this in time I would have had to get intense surgery, but instead my mouth was swollen almost closed and I had a hole growing in my jaw. Which required immediate attention and a lot more money had dr. Bailey has paid closer attention. Also, when this had first happened dr Bailey had refused to help in any sort. Love Dr. Baileys work. She has fixed things in my mouth that other dentists wouldn't or probably couldn't do. I dont feel like I'm being taken either. She does what is necessary without trying to sell me something that is unnecessary. Example: I have one dentist wanting to charge me for 2 root canals, when all that was needed was 2 basic fillings. Very disappointment! Just moved to Richmond looking for a new dentist office for my family. I called dr Bailey office to see if they accepted our insurance. I know that most places don’t because we’re military. The receptionist said yes we accept united Concordia. Made my sons appointment and a couple weeks later I received a bill in the mail. After getting off the phone with my insurance provider they told me they may accept but they do not participate. After she explained to me the difference I totally feel mislead. The receptionist could of been a little more clearer when she said yes. For a route cleaning and a standard x rays is now costing way more than normal. Thanks but I will not be returning. I am retired from the dental feild after 30 yrs. I just moved to town and was referred to Dr. Bailey. I'm elated to say Dr. Bailey and her staff are very friendly, comforting, courteous and professional! I was so impressed by my dental experience I'm looking forward to my follow up appointment! Dr. Bailey was great,she knows her stuff! The whole office was super friendly.

I USED to think Bailey's was ok. Dr, Larkin is good but Dr. Bailey is ROUGH. My last experience resulted in a filling that I had to get removed by a different dentist... but that doesn't stop them from constantly increasing my balance owed because they want more $ for the work they did that ended up costing me a lot of pain. Our family has been coming to Bailey dental for 20 years. Dr. Bailey is very professional and keeps educated to the latest procedures, practices and technology in dentistry. I am a high maintenance customer: bring me a pillow, I can not go back that far in the chair, wait ,what are you doing ? I need a break, rinse more, do this, do that and finally, " Oh, that was painless and I can not believe it is all done!" They always remained calm, kind and patient throughout my fussiness. Dr Bailey, Dr Larkin and the entire staff are wonderful. Very patient with my kids, from their first cleanings forward. Great when an emergency appt has been needed. Very clean office. Prizes for kids. Up on new technology. They make sure you understand what is going on.

I have been seeing Dr. Larkin for 17 years and she is fantastic. She always explains the procedure to you. I've seen Dr. Bailey just a couple of times when Dr. Larkin wasn't available and she was great. Again she explained everything to me in words that I could understand.

I saw Dr. Bailey to have a chip fixed on my tooth and the result was beautiful! Very happy and I would recommend her to my friends and family

Lies and poor service don't go there and didn't even see the dentist

coupon paper stated $84 for consult, x-ray & cleaning.
