I had gone to Dr. Jones for over ten years. I recently had my wellness check for insurance which has no co-pay. When I got a bill, I called Dr. Jones's office and pointed this out. They told me I had a diagnosis, although no diagnosis was told to me at the time of my visit, nor had I been notified of any diagnosis. Her office staff was very rude. I am sending the money and no longer going to her. I don't recommend her anymore. A long-term patient should not be treated this way.

I been going to Dr.Jones for 7 years she's an excellent doctor. She cares about her patients.

Dr. Jones was with H&W. I was in pain. I told her my family history. I told her that I believed that I was affected with that as well. I was offered a medicine to help with the problem; however, the problem still was there. It was later discovered by ultrasound that I had not only one cysts but 2 on both ovaries. I told her that I wanted surgery. After surgery, I was still not completely alert and I said help me several times. I was told I burnt. I was treated poorly.

Dr. Jones is amazing. She is sympathetic, kind, and a very capable and knowledgeable clinician. She helped me through a difficult delivery and probably saved my daughter's life. In all honesty, the staff at her Brookwood office are pretty awful, but it's worth the headache to know you're in great hands. I highly recommend her.

Was disappointed when Dr. Jones left H&W but I'm so glad I found her at Brookwood! The practice is small with an intimate feel. Dr. Jones always takes her time and is easy to talk to.
