STAY AWAY! I went to see Dr. Bondi who was great but he’s so busy I can’t get into see him. I saw Solomon several months ago but he messed up my medications. I tried for weeks to to call and get it corrected but no call back. This then effected today’s visit with Kenya. She then wanted to give me different medicine based on what he did. He was rude, unprofessional and not compassionate at all. My husband is in the medical field and they didn’t want him in the room for support or to speak on my behalf. Typical poorly Staffed DO practice with no compassion or patient interests in mind . Don’t go see Solomon or Kenya!

I have been seeing Dr. Biondi for over 10 years and wouldn't go else where. When he moved from Denver to Charlotte I did hesitate, but then realized I would rather drive an hour away and see Dr. Biondi then try going anywhere else. He is a great person and Doctor. I do wish he would have moved closer but I am good with traveling.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This office is TERRIBLE. Dr. Biondi is a wonderful doctor, but the service deserves negative stars. They never communicated with me about anything unless it was to collect payment. I had an appt with Solomon and he never showed up to it, it was virtual. They claimed technical difficulties, so when I called to see if we could just speak on the phone I was told that he couldn't. I had to reschedule my appointment, when I had done nothing wrong. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. I have found a different doctor office and am switching ASAP. If I could give 0 stars I would. This office is TERRIBLE. Best doctor I’ve had thus far since I’ve moved to the Queen City a year prior. He’s very personable and has a vast knowledge to help you make an informed decision about anything you need. Dr. Daniel Biondi is by and far the kindest, most knowledgeable and most caring individual I’ve ever encountered in a lifetime of medical issues and experiences. He has literally saved my life, not just once... but twice! He has been my Primary Care Physician for over 13 years and will continue to be as long as I live! His staff is STELLAR and each member of his team has clearly been hand picked to promote the constant and determined professional mission to deliver the most humane and compassionate care possible. I live an hour and a half away and I would rather take that drive than see most doctors in my actual area. He is very personable and is always up for a challenge. He loves helping his patients and takes it to a personal level to make sure he’s helping you in any way he can. Highly recommend going to see him!!!

The doctor, initially, was great. Zero communication after first visit and several clerical/documentation issues. Was put on new meds and never checked in on or followed up with. I was immediately (within 24 hours) emailed asking why I left a poor rating, and I responded with a polite but thorough email voicing my concerns. Radio silence since (nearly a month). I can only speak for my own experience but I felt completely abandoned medically to deal with a significant issue and new meds all alone. Though they did call regularly about the 75 copay I needed to pay (completely fair, but the only calls were about the money and never about my status as a patient). The doctor, initially, was great. This is what I love about Dr. Biondi: He surrounds himself w/excellent support staff who aren't just smart, they're really good at their jobs. He knows how to run a top-notch practice and goes above & beyond to meet the needs of his patients. He is very smart, looks at the bigger picture before formulating a plan of care, and is super responsive to his patients questions. He has an excellent bedside manner and does a lot to help our community, which I think speaks volumes about his character. I especially love his dedication to his family and how smart & driven he is - he actually went back to school a while ago to get ANOTHER advanced degree so he'd be able to run the best private practice possible. Dr Daniel Biondi is the most extraordinary physician that I have ever encountered. He listens intently, questions effectively, presents all viable options and partners with you, rather than dictates, your healthcare plan. He affords his undivided attention and never rushes through your concerns or issues. His interest is in developing a partnership, a beneficial long term relationship with his patients, not just a business opportunity.

Friendly staff and great doctor, I was about 50 minutes late for my appointment and they were really accommodating and fit me in. Dr Biondi did not rush the exam and was very patient and understanding.

Dr. Biondi is definitely a 5 star physician from my experience. What sets his practice apart from others is how he is invests his time, knowledge and experience to give you the best patient visit. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and develops the best plan of action for the present visit as well as future visits. You do not feel rushed with your visit(s). I would highly recommend this doctor and practice.

Excellent Physician and Friendly Staff! modern office, very accessible in Uptown Charlotte with great parking. Dr. Bondi took to get to know me, my family history and my needs. I really appreciate his compassion and the ongoing education he provides.

Dr. Biondi is the most insightful doctor To have ever taken care of me. I'm so grateful for the manner in which he and his staff treat me. Without it being explicit, you come to understand what wholesome treatment means - that the experience begins with the way you are treated when you walk in, the words used when telling you of a diagnosis, and the care taken to treat you moving forward. I would travel an hour+ to see this doctor and his staff, but fortunately, he's just around the corner.

Dr. Biondi is one of the best doctors I have ever worked with. I have Multiple issues and he dealt with each problem and I have never felt better. He is extremely knowledgeable and Kind.

Dr. Biondi is the best physician Ihave ever had in my life. He really connects on a level we alll dont understand. Dr Biondi is a SMART, INTELLITGENT, MAN, that knows hows to help cure all his patiens. Dr. Bioindi is the smartest and most brillant DR. i know. He has worked so hard to help people that are not fortunat.... my first visit he only charged me a nurses visit! Mr. Daniel T Biondi is the doc to live for. He has let got of Carolina Health CARE.
