As stated before, Dr. Blankenship is an extraordinary physician. While always busy, when he is with you, you feel like the only person he has to see. He is through, kind, as well as patient. He ask a lot of questions and carefully listens in order to address your issue as safely and completely as possible. I highly recommend him. This continues to always be the case. His staff is courteous, friendly and helpful. While often swamped and over burdened, their attitudes and actions are always focused on how to best serve the patient.It is hands down the best medical group I’ve ever visited! I’m a hard case but Dr. Blankenship is always patient and truly listens. He also takes care of my special needs child. Always a great experience with the front office staff and nurses as well.

Dr. Blankenship is the best doctor I have ever seen. Both of my children are patients, and my daughter recently got tubes placed by him. He is so kind, excellent bedside manner, he listens to you and your concerns. I can’t recommend him or his practice enough.

Dr. Blankenship and his staff is very friendly. When I come in for my appointment, I wait about 5 minutes and I’m called back to be seen. When he comes in to see me he’s not rushed he takes time to answer all your questions. I was taken back to a room and checked in with a nurse and waited for the doctor for about 10 minutes. He came and talked with me and explained what was going to happened and that he needed to administer some numbing medication before he could proceed. He then administered the medicine and said it takes about 10 minutes to work and I will be back in 10. 10 minutes later he was back in the room, did the procedure and told me the findings. Start to finish less than 30 minutes, I think that is good timing for an ENT. The staff was very helpful and friendly, there is nothing I can say negative about anything from my visit. Dr. Blankenship is one of my favorite doctors that I have ever had for my family. He has treated both my son and husband for several years. Each and every visit we have ever had with him he has been kind, professional and patient. Young children can very active and not always be still or quiet, but he has always been extremely patient and friendly towards my son. He provides thorough explanations for treatment plans and has always instilled confidence in the procedures he has had to do.

Dr Blankenship is awesome. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and explain what needs to be done. After two failed sinus surgeries by other doctors he was able to determine what needed to be done. He sits down and actually has a conversation with you at every visit.

Dr. Blankenship is respectful and thorough. I never leave his office with questions. Being referred to Dr Blankenship after being diagnosed with tongue cancer was a godsend.

Everyone in the office was kind and helpful. The nurse that was in with us is brillant. She was on top of it. Sometimes when you go to the visit you forget things. The nurse was like do you need this for that (not to get into diagnosis). I really love the way she takes care of the Patient. The office is really clean. Dr. Blankenship was Wonderful. Every staff member from the phone call to make the appointment, front desk check-in, person placing me in a room, person doing the hearing test, the person in the room during the visit with the doctor were all awesome. Dr. Blankenship, wow what a blessing. Amazing doctor that is caring and willing to sit and talk to you about your concerns. Highly skilled at all he does. Would recommend him to anyone. In fact my husband has already recommended him to five people.

I visited Dr. Blankenship about a consistent pain I was having in my throat. He sent a scope down my throat to see what the issue was and could verify that it was swollen/inflamed. He then ordered a CT to get a detailed view of the throat. I have always found Dr. Blankenship and the staff to be very professional. Highly recommended!!!

I had a great first experience with Dr. Blankenship. He was easy to talk to and wasn’t dismissive of my concerns. He also helps my son and doesn’t great. He received tubes in his ears last year. It’s greatly improved our day to day lives.
