Helpful and accommodating on short notice !

Dr. Spinuzza, the audiologist, and Matthew Poole, the P.A., were excellent! I visited their office for a hearing check and they were exceptionally kind and explained everything really well in laymen's terms. I did not see Dr. Leeman but his wonderful staff are a great indication that his work and clinic are top notch!

My visit here was great. The audiologist, Dr. Spinuzza, explained the results of my hearing test very well. The PA I spoke to afterward, Matthew, was very helpful and informative too. I felt well taken care of and my concerns were treated seriously. I was able to get an appointment for the next day when I looked for availability. I would recommend going here if you're looking into getting your hearing checked.

After suffering for several years with chronic sinus infections that caused a loss of smell and upper respiratory infections and having undergone unsuccessful endoscopic procedures with another doctor, I chose Dr. Leeman for a second opinion. After a very thorough initial exam and two subsequent endoscopic procedures, Dr. Leeman discovered undiagnosed issues with my sinuses that had prevented proper drainage and performed corrective measures to facilitate the drainage of the sinuses. I am still recovering from the procedures, but have already seen a dramatic improvement in my sinus drainage and upper respiratory issues.

The staff, both Office and Medical, were friendly, helpful and very professional which was much appreciated. My appointment was on time and both Rachel Spinuzza (AuD) and Matthew Poole (PA) reviewed the results of the hearing exam and did not make me feel rushed when I had questions to ask. I would definitely recommend Dr. Leeman's practice to anyone looking for assistance with their ENT needs.

I have visited dr Leeman’s office twice now and have had great experiences. I have only seen the wonderful PA so far Mathew which was very kind, understanding and reassuring that they will get me help with my sinus issues. Everyone that I interacted with at the office have been wonderful.

The worst doctor experience I have had. While “examining” me, he told me to open my mouth and then proceeded to shove his whole hand in my mouth. After the gagging and shock stopped I said “Why didn’t you warn me that you were going to do that?” and he replied “When I tell people I’m going to do that, they resist.”. After a tonsular biopsy, the pain was so bad and before the surgery I was told it would be minimal pain. He would barely prescribe a high dose ibuprofen. I had to reach out to my Dr.. Very dismissive every step of the way and was adamant about me having him perform a tonsillectomy before my tonsular cancer treatment began. Luckily my oncologists told me that was unnecessary. Dr. Leeman has the absolute worst bedside manners I have ever encountered. If I could leave zero stars, trust me, I would. And like the other reviews state, his assistants did 80% of the appts and follow ups. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN.

Went to see this doctor almost 3 years ago. He had his PA basically do everything. They did an in house CT scan, his PA Kenneth said I needed a sinuplasty so I went ahead with it. When I showed up for the procedure it was Kenneth there suited up and in gloves. When I got out of the procedure I noticed I could hear my own voice extremely loud inside my head and when I would breathe I could feel the pressure changing in my ear. A few days later after I guess my nerves died I acquired hyperacusis. Moderately loud noses are extremely loud to me to the point of physical pain. Clapping my hands brings me physical pain. There's no cure this is what it will be forever. I have tinnitus, PET, and hyperacusis. And it's all because this doctor is allowing an untrained PA to do complicated procedures. It's totally unethical. And I have to pay for it for the rest of my life. The doctor lied to me about it and after my procedure Kenneth quit. I'm maimed forever because of this guy. STAY AWAY!!!

PA-C Matt Poole was my provider. I like him very much. We had a productive talk about the cryotherapy treatment I received on 12/28/22 from which I am till recovering. I appreciate how much time he and the nurse spent with me.

100% perfect score. Doctors were all very attentive and polite, and very knowledgeable. Office workers were cool, and had a great experience overall.

Dr. Spinuzza is by far the best Audiologists. It was a blessing for my former audiologist to stop taking my insurance, otherwise I would have not found Dr. Spinuzza and her awesome office staff. Having to hear it was time, time to wear hearing aids was a hard swallow. Dr. Spinuzza made the transition very easy and comfortable for me. Having her there by my side as I transitioned into hearing aids was a blessing. I now love the fact that I can communicate with family, friends and coworkers without trying to turn my head, read lips or even misunderstanding them. I can’t say thank you enough to Dr. Spinuzza and her amazing staff. I would still be in a loss if y’all had not cared as much as you do. An amazing practice. I literally go there for my hearing aids as well as my ENT needs. They are the best. The PA Matt is legit and very open to listening. Dr. Leeman is there to support the whole way. The front staff is super friendly and approchable. The best way to describe them is "warm". They feel like family. I even have met the office manager and feel as though i could go to them if i felt anything was out of sorts. This is the kind of office that others need to take notes on. My experience with my BSP/septoplasty was super supportive and I felt like I got the VIP treatment, and they definitely went above and beyond.

Love visiting this office. My husband suffered a stroke back in March 2022 that caused him to loose his hearing on the right side. They took care of him quickly and were respectful to his needs. Thank you to Dr. Leeman and his Staff from the front of the office to the back. We Love You and Ain't Nothing You Can Do About It!!

All I can say is WOW! The moment I made the appointment I was impressed with the ease in scheduling and efficiency of this facility. The reception team is very warm and welcoming. I was especially impressed with the Medical Assistant Brandon’s attention to detail in gathering my health information, respectfulness, and kindness. I saw Matt, PA for an issue I have been suffering with for over a year and have seen several other doctors. Matt has the warmest bedside manner and has given me HOPE in my health journey. He was extremely detail oriented, listened intently, and compassionate. His thorough exam in getting to the root of my issue was a great relief. This facility performs immunology and cosmetic treatments as well as ENT services. I highly recommend and trust this team for any type of service.

I had some fluid in one ear and had been trying to get an ENT appointment elsewhere. I inquired at the front desk to see if I could schedule an appointment here. Dr Leeman is a fantastic ear, nose and throat doctor and has put together a one-of-a-kind full-service "Super Clinic"! His PA Mathew and their staff at the Manor Rd clinic is hands down some the best medical professionals I have ever seen. I was amazed to learn of all that they do and the services they provide. Dr Leeman and Mathew are a great team, and they just have a presence about them that makes you feel confident that you are in the right place at the right time. The nurses and admin are super helpful and are always so nice with wonderful smiles. I had nose surgery there at their facility and had absolutely no issues at all! I would highly recommend Dr Leeman and his PA Mathew to anyone needing a specialist of an ENT. I would also say don't wait, if you are having a problem big or small minor or major get in and see these guys right away. Focused on own agenda, making money, not helping the patient. UPDATE 5/4/22 This place did not like my review. They have called multiple times to plead, request, threaten, and yesterday try and bribe me to change it. That is not going to happen. In my opinion the review is accurate. They have dropped me as a patient. I would have dropped them long ago if I hadn't bought hearing aids, that still do not work properly, from them. You will not get what you want, or need here unless it matches what they push you towards in order to make more money.This, of course, is just my opinion. Michelle Young-Smith is hands down the best aesthetician in Austin and a great addition to Dr. Leeman's staff. She is my go to for Botox, Dysport and Jeuveau. Michelle is highly experienced. I recommend her for all your injectable needs. Absolutely love my results!

Dr Spinuzza is top notch! She has a great bedside manner and is so helpful with explaining my hearing condition and best solutions. My wife came here first and then suggested I come get checked for my hearing problem because she had a great experience. I was also fitted for musician ear plugs to wear to concerts. This might have prevented my problem in the first place. They are out-of-network for our hearing devices but were extremely helpful in providing the codes needed for reimbursement of benefits from our insurance. It was overall a great experience! Very pleasant experience from the time I entered until I left. Everyone was friendly and compassionate about my concerns. I did not see Dr. Leeman, but the P.A. I did see was very knowledgeable and reassuring that we will figure out the best treatment to resolve my issues. PA Matt gets 5 stars, the billing practices of the clinic make it four because of how they resolved the issue. I started with self pay on Botox for TMJ, and was informed they would bill my insurance and credit me once they received payment from the insurance. Either because I was in extreme pain and wanted it to stop missing a key detail, or the partial amount of credit information was left out in the explanation. I was informed I would receive a credit of $400 less than what I paid for 80 units of Botox. My insurance co paid in full at the contract negotiated rates. There was a lot of confusion which led to frustration as I originally paid $1120.00 for relief. I literally had to go back in forth with Lucy the office manager and billing over a series of 4 phone calls, and no one would call me back. I was always told we will have to follow up with you in the next week. Communicaiton could be better with the billing team, and the policies need to be written out as to what is going to occur with billing from self pay to insurance on Botox. Word of mouth when someone is in pain and relying on memory does not protect you, or the patient. Overall I am satisfied with the practice and after 45 minutes of back and forth I did get a full refund on the self pay for the Botox. The Botox injections provided relief for three days. While I realize there is no guarantee on how long a medication will last, buyer beware. I would suggest physical therapy and other methods before going to the extreme expense and having something not work. Dr Leeman has been a awesome surgen he took care of me on 2001 due to and accident at work. He did serial surgeries on my face and he did awesome job. The reason I came back to him because I have faith on his work and I know he will do excellent job.

After what I believe to be a misdiagnosis from another ENT who performed procedures that did nothing to improve my hearing loss, I found Dr. Leeman. He quickly identified my hearing loss issue and fixed it surgically. He can be quiet during the visit with only adequate explanations and is not overly friendly or chatty, but he knows what he is doing which is the most important thing. His PA Matt is warm and compassionate, often taking the time for longer conversations and explanations. He made communication easy and accessible. I’ve been waiting to post something until my nose had more time to heal. After all, I want to be objective and fair. It’s been over 2 months and I must say I’m disappointed with the outcome of the shape of my noise as it’s bumpy and I was expecting it to have a strong profile that was clean and sharp as opposed to bumpy. It’s possible it’s just not done coming into shape yet. Not sure. I also experienced a strange lump at the top of my nose where it meets in between my eyes and can’t seem to get a solid answer. It’s Frustrating. I’m not angry per se, but just sad with the overall experience and the outcome. The doctor is professional and very serious but lacks empathy in my perspective. The PA has a great personality and truly seems to care about your process and journey and is still gaining insight. The MAs and nurses were all professional, kind and fun. Dr. Leeman and his staff took wonderful care of my son who has long suffered from sinus issues and a deviated septum. The procedure recovery was much better than expected. The staff prepared us and everything went smoothly. I wish I lived in Austin because I would schedule my husband next!

I recently had a very difficult time with an odd infection and a new insurance carrier, but Lucy, the office manager, went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was satisfied. I've never had a doctor office go so far to help me out with a billing issue before, and it meant so much to me, especially with the holiday seasons coming up and things already being tight.
