Dr. Daniel Stephen Mcguire

Dr. Dan McGuire is the best Dr. that I ever had in my life! He is kind, generous and understanding...There are not that many Drs. that I can say that about....Thank you Dr. Dan for all that you have given to the people of Molokai in medicine and aloha throughout the years!

The DR himself was always excellent and extraordinary with us. Sad to say, but his wife was so rude. THAT WE WILL NOT BE returning again.

His wife was extremely rude to my grandma and uncle. My grandma asked for preauthorization for her vitamins but this lady insisted that even though it was covered by insurance, she will have to pay for things because she didn’t feel like authorizing it. My grandma waited 3 weeks and was very patient after letting the doctor know. She was so rude and said there are other people with worse health conditions (she doesn’t even know her health conditions). I’m happy to say she will no longer be going to this doctor :)).

Rude wife hung up on my grandma several times because she didn’t want to preauthorize her vitamins for her insurance. After telling Dr. Mcguire about her rudeness, he wrote a letter saying that he would no longer gonna treat her due to “health complexity”.

Dr. Dan is the best. My husband does not look forward to doctors' visits, but he never complains about our visits to Dr. Dan's office. Our doctor is casual, comprehensive, and caring. We highly recommend him to others. In addition, his office is a happy place, sharing aloha with all who enter.

A very good local Dr. Down to earth and cares about each individual and their illnesses. We are not just another patient to him , we are people who need his help and he gives it unconditionally.

Dr McGuire is a very good country Doctor. He knows how to make things work and adapts well to challenging environmental conditions. When was the last time you heard of a doctor making house calls...he does this without hesitation.
