This guy is awesome! I have missed appointments and still took me in. I have made a plan with him a few times to get everything straightened out and I failed on my end. and this will be I think the third time around. started back in early summer and I have stuck with it. and he is doing amazing job for what he was up against. If I could give this guy 10 stars i would.

After rescheduling my first appointment twice I called on a Saturday with severe tooth pain, that Monday they called 8 am and told me they could get me in at 11. They did xrays,called another dentist (tooth was broken weird and felt more comfortable with someone else doing it, other dentist was out for two more weeks) then pulled my tooth. Literally took 36 minutes and from the moment they numbed my mouth to pull the tooth I haven't had any more pain. Staff was amazing. Things went smoothly and quickly. Amazing experience, and I absolutely hate going to the dentist. I am so happy I went to him. I would highly recommend him. After 25 phone calls trying to find a dentist who would take our dental insurance we found Dr. Dan. The staff was very helpful in quickly determining that my insurance was worthless in covering a root canal for my teen son but let me know the cost to me for the service. Cheapest around!! Got us in just a day after calling. Within 30 minutes of arriving for the appointment the root canal was done and my boy was pain free. Bonus.. I got to see the wormy little nerve the Dr. removed from his tooth. While the Dr. isn’t exactly big on “small talk,” he was very honest and helpful. Highly recommend whatever kind of insurance you have!!

I asked him to pull a tooth instead he used his drill on it and for the next 3 days all I did was cry from pain don’t ever go to this man ever unless u like a lot of pain and suffering

I was in so much pain filling kept falling out. Go to anyone but him he’s a awful dentist and man who shouldn’t even be working anymore but he takes advantage of poor people

My front tooth had a cavity he pretended to fix it 2 months later different dentist had to do root canal and all because he never fixed it run away from find another dentist

He is a awful dentist he pretends to fix ur teeth with this crappy silver stuff that falls out in less then 24 hours he is the worse dentist I’ve ever been too and caused me so much pain stay away

He will hurt you ! Stay away ! He doesn’t fix your teeth makes them worse please look for someone else if u want a healthy mouth and teeth

He would not clean out and fix my back tooth correctly and after the third visit it was so infected and the pain so bad he sent me to emergency room and the doctor couldn’t believe what my mouth looked like don’t ever go to him he’s a quack

He dident clean my tooth very good it got so infected that I couldn’t eat or talk and when I went back to him he said he did all he could do I’m sure the guy at McDonald’s would do a better job then this guy run to another dentist he’s also cocky and that makes him even worse

Went in for tooth pain and he wouldn’t fix it . Now 3 yrs later I’m getting a root canal on the thing he could of fixed when I needed it to begin with . Will never ever go here again!

I had a wisdom tooth that went bad and was killing me. I walked to see if he had an opening. He saw me right then and five minutes later I walked out. He took the tooth out and all my pain was gone. Now my family go to only him. He even sees me and my five children in one trip. Amzing

He did great job at fixing my teeth and no pain at all. I love it when he doesn't show you or let you know he is gonna inject. I can not stand needle even I have two Type 1 Diabetes sons, Thankfully, They are wearing Insulin Pump which is better than needles, (Insulin Pens with small needle caps are totally different and okay but NO NEEDLE Syringe!) I still can not stand needle. First time he fixed, I had a little pain but that was because of BAD infection, he prescribed antibiotic quick. HELPED! <3 Then, he fixed more. I love it. I am so thankful for him, he kept my teeth are looking good! I don't even need to ask for pain medication! After he is done working on my teeth, My 4 boys and I are seeing him every 6 months! My husband went in for 2 teeth, to be fixed. They told him he needed 6 teeth to be fixed. We went ahead and scheduled all the work, 3 months later one of the fillings fell out. When I called to get it fixed she said they refused to fix the work because a filling is only meant to be temporary. So when I asked who he should see to fix Dr. Sheperd's shoddy work, she said I was being inappropriate. So hundreds of dollars later and his tooth looks worse than when we started this mess. Amazing. Went in with a sore tooth, left happy and pain free (which is all I really care about anyway) Couldn't ask for a better doctor!
