I have been a patient of Dr Cheng for nearly a decade. I have worked in Medical Sales for 15 years and you won't find better Doctor or staff in Harris County. In fact I drive nearly a hour from Nassau Bay, Texas for my visits when needed. The whole staff is amazing from his asst. Letty to Patricia and Kisha up front. Dr. Cheng is very patient and knowledgeable treats all his patients with great respect. Great location and parking is easy to get in and out. I would give 10 Stars if allowed. I have been Dr Cheng's patient for years... he makes sure that I'm healthy. I have never waited over 5 minutes to be seen even for walk in appointments. Great doctor

Very nice and informative doctor. He is my doctor and has taken good care of me.

Terrible office staff. Hung the phone up twice on me. I called back a third tine to request an appointment with Ms. Marshall or Dr. Cheng. The scheduling person was rude and said they didn’t have any available appointment until January. I wasn’t asked why I needed an appointment or offered to help in any way. This is the same type of treatment I receive anytime I call. I will find another primary care physician whose office staff is pleasant. DR Cheng is very patient, caring and kind. The staff is wonderful.

Great office and staff. Never has to wait Seen on time and Doctor Cheng is very thorough great bedside manner. Very detailed exam and addresss all issues and concerns not ever rushing patients in and out

Athletic and values your activities and does not slap blanket restrictions on you. Excellent diagnostician. Considers non-obvious causes. Great about collaborative care ie: discussing options and not treating you like an idiot :-)

Dr Cheng is an excellent doctor . I recommend him.

Love him great Dr compassionate easy to talk listens to what you are saying ,great with call backs. No wait time usually called in within 5 or 10 minutes of appointment time.

Great doctor. Listens intently to what you have to say and explains what needs to be done to solve your particular health issue. Is available by phone, if needed and always calls back. I would highly recommend Dr. Cheng for anyone who does not have a doctor or is considering changing their current doctor.

While not always the best in phone etiquette, the staff is always friendly and attentive. The waiting room is very comfortable and the wait time is always minimal. Now, onto Dr. Cheng. I was forced to pick a new doc when Dr. Scurria reduced her client base. I wasn't too sure I'd like Dr. Cheng (my husband joked it was like a court-appointed lawyer) but over the years he has won my respect and trust. He always calls me back right away if I have any issues, gets me into his office as soon as possible, and treats me with respect and care. When I get nervous, I make bad jokes and he always smiles and lets me ramble on (I get "white coat syndrome" - not real fond of doctors in general). But I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Cheng as a GP to anyone interested in changing their provider. I promise you will not be disappointed.
