Danny H Vo

I have seen Dr. Vo for several years and have really needed him more in the last two years for various health concerns. He is compassionate and a wonderful listener; he answered all my endless questions patiently so that I can understand the procedures. He is a very gifted surgeon who has seen me through three successful surgeries and always follows up with me. I enjoy dealing with Ms. Haley, his PA and Aimee in his office, they are wonderful and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend working with this office and Dr. Vo.

Dr. Danny Vo is a gifted and exceptional vascular surgeon. His approach is to discuss and explain the patient's condition and treatment options with the patient. I was made to feel like an active participant in my own care. He performed several procedures on me and I was very pleased with the outcome of each. His office is professional and helpful. In short, if you are in the Jacksonville area and need a skilled specialist in vascular surgery, Dr. Vo has my highest recommendation.

Dr. Vo and his staff were amazing to my mother and me. On one hospital visit, my Mom was not even his patient and he came over to the ER to talked to her about the issue she was facing at that time, taking time to come to the ER after he finished a long day of surgeries. When Dr. Vo was her surgeon, he saved her foot from having to be amputated when her arteries were clogged and the blood was not flowing to her foot and they couldn't find her pulse. He performed three separate surgeries on my mother and each one went beautifully. She absolutely loved Dr. Vo and his staff. I too, think they are amazing. My mom passed away unexpectedly last week (8-11-21). The day she passed, she talked about Dr. Vo and what an amazing surgeon/doctor he was. Seeing the negative comments regarding Dr. Vo really upset me, because my Mom and I never experienced anything with him or his staff that wasn't positive. Thanks Dr. Vo, for everything you did for my Mom when she was alive. I won't forget it.

He said there was nothing wrong with me based on the fact his mentor did the procedure. Totally ignoring the fact i have diffective hardware in my body. RUN STAY FAR AWAY! any doctor that puts who did the procedure over the fact that the patient could have a diffective and deadly device in their body shouldn't be a dr.

After waiting for a hour to be seen, "Dr." Vo stormed in the room without any of my medical information, not even blood pressure , and after 5 minutes of discussing my problem he sent me away. Very condescending and not helpful at all. What a waste of time and money.

Dr. Vo recognized my symptoms inmediately...blocked arteries..100% in one leg and 80 % in the other. For several years I was treated for back and hip pain..a problem, yes, but not the cause of not being able to walk 25 feet without stopping due to unbelievable pain. He recommended angioplasty. It was immediate relief! I may be 73 yrs old but I feel like a kid again! ?? Dr. Vo and his staff are professional, personable, very efficient and willingly try to make your experience stress free.

The follow up after surgery is terrible. You will only be seen by his Nurse Practitioner. Her judgement and bedside manner are poor. In addition, her instructions and follow through of ordering medications were never completed.

Follow up Care is very poor

Assured surgery would provide mobility back to the way it was. Did surgery at Baptist South and never came in to do a follow up. Instead he sent PA that was probably better then him! Almost 10 days later still no visit from "Dr." Vo and absolutely no mobility and chronic pain!! Physical therapist only came one time for 10 minutes. BEWARE!! THIS DOCTOR IS A SCAM!! HE WILL TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR AND THEN LEAVE YOU WORSE THEN YOU WERE!! Assured surgery would provide mobility back to the way it was. Dr. Danny H. Vo, MD was Referred by my Cardiologist to clear my blocked carotid artery which was performed at Memorial Hospital. The operation went very smooth and being a couple days since the operation healing in coming along at a rapid pass. The day of discharge from the hospital Dr Vo's assistant Amy visit me asking how I was and answered questions I had about the Procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Danny H. Vo, MD. Dr. Danny H.
