Very disrespectful and brushes off any concerns you have. "He knows everything" and disregards your needs. Our family did not need to see a doctor for we were recovering from COVID slowly. Although, being new to the area we needed paperwork to be excused from work and we saw Dr. Thorpe at CareSpot urgent care and he was just pushing us out the door without any proper evaluation. Looked at us, told us he knew everything and sent us off. An experience we are all avoiding.
I haven't been a pt of Dr.Thorpe's for about 6 yrs now, but when my son and I were pt's of his, he was awsome with us. Very attentive and he really cared about us. He made us feel like we mattered. He also helped encourage us, not only to get better, but to find better ways to improve our general health as well as our well being. He has left an everlasting impression in our hearts and we will always be thankful to him.
