Dr. Haycock and his staff are very friendly and kind, his assistant was so welcoming and I felt very comfortable around her. Dr. Haycock is very attentive and listens to your concerns and needs. He explained everything thoroughly to me and walked me through my X-rays, I have not had a doctor do this with me before, it was a great first experience!

Great staff, no wait time, very efficient!

Dr. Haycock is a very caring doctor who is really concerned with the care of each of his patients. The personnel in the office are also very helpful and considerate every time I have called them or have been in the office.

The Staff are great and the doctor is amazing it's always a good atmosphere inside

I like all the staff,they are so friendly,they listen,if you need anything they are always there for you and Dr. Hancock is a fantastic doctor,he explain things good he tells you what he is going to do and he also tells you if surgery is necessary or if he can get you better by medicine. I really love his bed side manners too

Dr Haycock has been my foot doctor for about 20 years.....I wrote an article in the Lima paper letter to the editor expressing my gratitude for all he has done and how he has helped me he.....gave me normal which for some may seem minimal however for me it has been the best..he has a great bed side manner...cares for his patients and takes his time to answer all the questions you have can't say enough about this man as he also does lots of pro Bono work for kids....I have recommended him to others....if you have problems with your feet as I have had go see him he is the best

Recently had foot surgery, of course the doc and nurses were great. What impressed me was I had just lost my Mom 2 days before, he took time on a busy holiday week to talk with me about her, class act and Dr. With no holiday hours he made sure I could reach him if needed, I wouldn't recommend anyone else for your Podiatry needs. His office nurses and receptionist are first rate as well...

My sons been going here since he was a few months old and is now 13. Thanks to Dr haycock and his wonderful team my son walks runs and plays sports nonstop. We have always been so grateful for them. We were told before birth he would be wheelchair bound. But haycock has worked magic. And we don’t need to come back unless he’s in pain. Thank you all so much you can never know how grateful we all are for all of you!

I wouldn't recommend Dr. Haycock to my worst enemy. We found out after months of struggling that the surgery he did on our child isn't even proven to be effective. Worst experience of my life! My son couldn't walk for 4 months and still doesn't walk the same as he did before.

This is a really nice office! Staff warm and make you feel comfortable. Explain everything well. Spent some time asking about lifestyle and gave me some great suggestions for follow up. I would recommend family and friends or anyone in need of help with footcare ❤????

The staff is super friendly but the doctor is not. His bedside manner is awful and he made my husband and I feel like awful parents.

Dr. Haycock was too slow to react to complications of my mother’s foot surgery. She has a chronic condition that was known pre-surgery and the care path did not mitigate for that condition in healing. His lack of response led to her being told she would lose toe, then half her foot, now her entire foot. She is also currently in-patient with infection and a high fever leading toward sepsis. Dr Haycock’s inability to stay on top of the post-surgical care plan despite the patient following all instructions diligently disqualified him for your future care.

Stopped by their office today to inquire about a possible appointment. Lady came to the door and locked it as I was waiting in parking lot. I was there during normal operating hours as posted on their door. I then called number posted on the door and a lady answered. I started the conversation with a chuckle and said "You locked the door on me." Her reply was "What do you want." I have never been treated so rudely on the phone as a potential client. I told her I would just take my business elsewhere. Most unprofessional experience I've had with a so called professional service. Always have had wonderful experiences with Dr.Haycock ! He is very friendly and actually listens to whats going on ! I has a total of 4 surgeries that he completed and had no issues since !

Dr. Haycock is without question one of the best podiatrist in Lima and the surrounding region. As an avid athlete in long distance running and mountain biking, I've seen Dr. Haycock on several occasions over the past decade for different injuries. He has quickly diagnosed my symptoms, set up a plan to recovery, and had me in tip-top shape within 4-8 weeks after my initial visit.
