Dr. Beckstead himself has been a good Dr. but I have gotten so frustrated with the staff that I have to constantly babysit to get them to send in preauthorization requests and orders for tests that I am done with this office. I have a child that needs some medical attention and we can't get anywhere with this stuff. Very Frustrating!!
