Dr. David G Buerger

After visiting many doctors over decades, my husband and I agree that Dr. David Buerger offers one of the most efficient offices where the waiting time for appointments is consistently under five minutes. He is consistently proficient, takes time to answer all questions, and he is personable. He was attentive after my husband's tear duct surgery, and his office was available for any questions of clarification. While every professional has his or her detractors, I would highly recommend Dr. David Buerger at least for a second opinion before moving forward with surgery. I'm convinced after talking with him, most patients would recognize his knowledge and appreciate his proficiency that would guide them to feel confident moving forward with the medical decision they need to make that promises the best outcome.

The front desk secretary Cathy was very rude, impatient.... Because her unprofessional behaviors, I had to choose another doctor.

Dr. David Buerger was a great disappointment. At my consultation, he gave me every indication that he would eliminate my upper eye folds as as well as under-eye pockets. No concerns, no reservations. The day of my surgery we again discussed my desired outcome. No concerns, no reservations. At my 1 month post-op appointment I expressed my concern about the minimal change and the folds and pockets that remained. Dr. Buerger said I was still swollen and healing and to give it 6 months. That seemed fair. However, by 8 months post-op I scheduled an office visit to express my disappointment. It was then that he told me that the upper eye lid folds, while somewhat improved, and under eye pockets, which are barely improved, could only be made better with a brow lift and a face lift. Why did Dr. Buerger not tell me this at my consultation? I certainly would not have paid for a surgery, at no minimal cost, that would not provide me with my desired outcome. I'm sad when I look in the mirror.

Dr Buerger is an awesome doctor. Perfect bedside manner and has all the time to answer any of your question. Definitely recommended.

Great experience. Very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain all of your options. If you have tear duct issues, I would not hesitate to make an appointment.

Went to see him on a consultation on my tear trough deformity. Really understanding, attentive, and most of all respectful. He even recommended a non surgical approach and wished me well. No selling of his product, no rushing, just honesty.
