One of the best doctors I ever had everyone at the office in Stonington is great

Always a pleasant experience. Never have to wait in waiting room. Getting an appointment is not a two or three day wait.

Conscientious doctor and staff- can get into see the Dr when urgent and not wait days for an appointment. Responds quickly to concerns and follows up timely with patients as to results of tests.

Dr. Burchenal is the only doctor I have found in my 3 year medical crisis that has been patient, understanding, and thorough. Point and case: I went to plenty of other doctors before giving him a try to figure out what was wrong with me, when I got to his office I was tired, fed up, hopeless; I had no intention of going through everything with yet another doctor; so I handed him all the paperwork and results from the other labs, and appointments I been through. He went through the results and figured out the issue, prescribed medication that day, and stopped a process that would have caused my blood to fall apart. I love this man. Best doctor, I am never leaving him.

Dr Burchenal has been a Doctor I trust and a Doctor I count on. I don’t say this lightly: He saved my life and is the reason I am still here today, about to celebrate my Granddaughters 1st birthday. I have a serious and complex set of medical issues and he takes the time to research and study my case to insure that I get the best care possible. I am only 60 and work full-time and he has always been ready, available and more importantly, concerned about my care and treatment. Highly recommend him

Dr. Burchenal and the whole office staff have always stepped up to the plate and given myself and my family the greatest care.

My mother is 98 years old and lives nearby in a senior residence in Mystic, CT. Dr. Burchenal has always been so kind and patient with her, and his staff manages to fit my mother in to be seen by the doctor on very short notice. He seems to be a perfect combination of calmness and competency!
