Knowledgeable and outstanding patient skills.

By far, Dr. Delboldt is the BEST foot doctor in the DMV area. I saw three foot doctors until I found Dr. D. He's very knowledgeable as he has treated my feet issues and the pain has minimized .... almost gone.

Dr. Dieboldt is very knowledgeable and friendly and has great bedside manner. I would highly recommend his practice.

Excellent service the Dr is always precise in his diagnosis. Receptionist's are friendly and the Dr is prompt not sitting in the room long periods of time waiting on the Dr. My primary care physician referred me to another orthopedic for my issue but nope I came right back to Dr. Deiboldt he know his business!

I have always been pleased with the care I have received from Dr. Dieboldt. He is professional, knowledgeable and precise with his care. I have been his patient for many years. His surgical skills are awesome! He reconstructed my ankle after I tore several ligaments and tendons. He was able to perform a bunionectomy and a couple ganglion cyst removals in the surgical suite of his office space - very comfortable and convenient. He has helped me overcome plantar fasciitis with injections and orthotics. I will always recommend Dr. Dieboldt to anyone that need excellent foot and ankle care. Was seen at the appointment time of 9;00 wish other medical offices would be as prompt. Great people at reception ,and the assistant was helpful. Dr. Deiboldt was very kind and did a very good job with my foot. I would definitely recommend him.

Great visit!!! Scheduled same day appointment. Front desk was extremely helpful and polite. Xrays were taken in office. The physician explained interventions throughly...awesome bed side manner! Can't wait to schedule my procedure!!!

Although I was late to my appointment, I appreciate the receptionist lady being patient and still allowing me to meet with Dr. Deiboldt, considering it was about a 45 minute drive and an important check-up that needed to be done. When I arrived though, I wasn't/t expecting to be completing four forms when I already completed 2 "New Patient" forms the day before I arrived, but I guess they needed some form of agreement from me before my appointment. When I met Dr. Deiboldt, he was very calm and thorough in his explaination as to what my issue was and the process of the treatment. After my appointment, I had to use the restroom. When I entered the restroom, it was very much clean and organized, which showed me that the staff there cared about their patients. Great practice. I had an appointment today to pick up new orthotics and I am happy that I have a new set to replace an aging pair. I go every 6 months to get fitted for a new pair because that is what my insurance covers. Dr. Dieboldt and his staff are always professional, friendly, and helpful. It is not like we are best friends, but I always end up having a conversation with Dr. Dieboldt about sports or current news when I am in for an appointment and it is always like getting to catch up with a friend who you haven't seen in a while. I just looked at the reviews tonight and saw one that said orthotics are forced on people who didn't expect or want them. When you are fitted for orthotics, you first sign a form acknowledging that you are being fitting for them, then they use a special handheld scanner to take an image of your foot/sole. It almost looks and acts like a handheld computer scanner or photo copier. I am not sure how anybody could mistake what is taking place. When you go to pick up your orthotics once they have been delivered from the producer, the correct fit is checked. Adjustments are offered if they are needed for the inserts to properly fit in your shoes (though I have never needed adjustments). If you are happy with the product, you sign another form acknowledging receipt. This practice stands behinds its services and the medical products that it offers. There is another review on appointment availability. I have never had any trouble getting an appointment when I needed one, even if it was for an all of a sudden issue with foot pain. This is not an urgent care clinic though. The doctor works out of this office and has good availability, but also performs surgery some days at a different location. I am not even sure where the surgery location is, but if I ever needed foot surgery I would trust Dr. Deiboldt's recommended care because I am happy with the help and care that I have received over the years. Everyone was incredibly kind and caring! They helped me out immediately and got me in as soon as they could! Dr. Deiboldt very professionally answered all of my questions before, during, and after the procedure. He even helped me pick out what kind of shoes I should start wearing! Initial appointment went well but the follow-up has been awful. My insurance wouldn't cover the prescription from Dr. Deiboldt and I was never able to get an updated one from him, even two months later. The custom orthotic I was fit for had to be shipped directly to me as I was moving out of the area. It was sent to the wrong address twice before I was able to speak with the manufacturer directly. Half the time I call the office I have to leave a voicemail that never gets returned. When I do speak with someone, I never get a follow-up even after requesting to have Dr. Deiboldt call me directly. This was at the Glen Burnie location of Foot Centers of Maryland. Note this isn't actually part of Mercy and their marketing is super confusing about it.

Don’t go there. The two front desk ladies are very rude and very unprofessional! The doctor is stingy and will probably even charge you for using his chair and also is abusing the insurance system. I hope someone from the insurances companies are reading these and pursuing an audit to this kind of doctors that are ripping off people selling them and charging up and down hundreds of dollars to people by ordering shoes inserts to people without needing these. People are not even asked if they want these inserts and they just order them! My mother- in-law recently went there for something totally different In regards of the needs of shoe inserts and a few days later she was called from this abusive and rude doctor to tell her she needs to pick up her inserts even if she didn’t order them and had to pay $250.00 after Insurance. My wife went there several months ago and the doctor suggested her to purchase an specific pair of shoes, which she did, and 3 months later he call back to say she needs to pick up her shoes inserts that cost $500.00 (thank God our insurance cover it all) but the point is he never told my wife when she went there 3 months prior she will need insets and a few months later there are the inserts!! Totally ridiculous!!! Unfortunately I can’t give them zero stars. You Doctor “ripping off people and Insurance companies” Karna will come and get you back! We are never going back here again. They staff is friendly, clean environment down to their restroom very clean! I came for the first time today for an appointment easily was able to schedule for a later appointment the same day at the time they had available. I did not wait long to go be seen and was out happy. Medicine prescribed was already waiting for me at my pharmacy while I exited my appointment.
