Dr. Dresner is amazing. I have been seeing him for over 5 years. He takes the time to explain everything to you. He makes you feel as if you're his only patient, even if there are others there. His staff is friendly and always manage to fit me in. I can usually get in same day if I call straight away in the morning. I have been to several chiropractors through the years but Dr. Dresner is the best. I have since moved from Wellington but continue to make the drive to see Dr. Dresner. He is that good. Dr. D is the best. There is no comparison to any other in palm beach county. He understands pain and what it takes to correct it. I had a really bad hip issue where I wasn’t able to put any pressure on my right leg because my hip kept giving out. I went to him for an adjustment on a Saturday, it still bothered me a little, so I went back again and it was gone the same day ... it’s been almost week since I’ve had the pain come back, and it was EXCRUCIATING. I just had rotator cuff repair surgery and with that have been stuck in a sling which makes everything sore and muscles very tight. A visit to Dr. Dresner and he released the most of the tension from my muscles as well as gave me adjustments in my mid back and neck. He took the time to listen to me and learn what would work to get me comfortable enough to perform his job. I was finally able to take a deep breath without it feeling like I had a bear hugger on. Highly reccommend Dr. Dresner!

There is a saying, "A doctor is only as good as his office staff". I give the doc a solid 4 stars. I give the office girl a 0. I gave her insurance information 24 hours prior to my appointment and she never explained my insurance benefits and she was very evasive about the amount I owed. I was asked for $50.00. I was sure that was my deductible. After the appointment I was told I would owe $75.00 or more. I was charged over $140.00 out of pocket for what amounted to 15 minutes with the doctor. Best Chiropractor in the area. I have been to many over the years. Dr. Dresner knows how to properly adjust your back and neck to relieve pain and make you feel better in general. Dr. Dresner is a caring and skillful chiropractor.

Best chiropractor around! I've been going to Dr. Dresner for many years. He's not one of those doctors who want to rush patients in and out. He cares.

Dr. D is the best their is. He has been taking care of my chiropractic needs for almost 9 years. Great guy, staff is always friendly as well and personable.

Jackie at the front desk is friendly and accommodating. I have never been to a person like this before and my daughter used him for years. I agreed to visit Dr Dresner and it was the best thing I could have done for myself. He listens to you and makes you feel like you are the most important person in his office. I walked out of there on my first visit walking normal and he alieved the pain. I wish all my visits to all Dr's were that great. Thank you. I will pass the great find to others.

I've been a patient for 15 years. Dr. Dresner has kept me pain-free. The staff is pleasant and professional. There is never a long waiting period. I would not trust anyone else with my back. There is always a clean scent in a modern facility. I highly recommend him!

We have used Dr. Dresner for many years. He has done a amazing job keeping my husband and I moving. We both have had a history of back trouble, but because of Dr. Dresner, we have very little down time. We also use Dr. Dresner for any of our employees that pull the muscles in there back. Dr. Dresner is the best chiropractor I've ever been to. He uses great technique and has a great personality. My entire family has been going to him for years. I can't recommend him highly enough.
