Dr. Franklin has performed 2 foot surgeries. He told me what was going to be done with details and what to expect after surgery. He and the staff were great.

Very Unhappy. My poor mom( 93 yrs old.) , she tries sooooo hard to be on time for dr. appointments. We even set a time of an hour extra to get there but sometimes ( often) the bathroom just wont let her go. UGH. We hurried and rushed as soon as we could and the Doctor would not take her! 10 min. late. and part of that time was her trying to get thru the elevator( while i parked) and waiting in line to sign up. ( 5 min.) If they only knew how hard it is to get my schedule free AND especially how hard it is to get her ready and out of the house. ( she only goes out for doctors. ) And one would think at 93 yrs age they could cut her some slack. Its not like they are EVER ON TIME themselves. SHE always has to wait after she gets there. New doctor, 2nd visit. I am NOT happy. She felt sooo bad and exhausted. all for nothing. And now we have to go thru it all again. I do not want to go back to this doctor. Will be looking for another.

Due to a poor parking situation and over crowding my appointment was cancelled, because I was 1 single minute past the cut off time. I can bet that I would be still sitting in the waiting room waiting to be seen. These people disgust me. I have never had a good physician at this group.

Excellent Dr. and staff. Very friendly surroundings. All treatment was explained so I was able to treat myself at home and get back on the road to recovery.

I had a tore tendon Dr. Franklin fixed it had no problem

Dr. Franklin did an emergency toe amputation, has a new patient at that time his bedside manner was excellent his knowledge is superb I would highly recommend him to anyone. dr. Franklin's been my foot doctor now for 6 months he cares for his patience and he wants the best for them. Any other doctor would cut off my full toe but he saved as much of it as possible because he knows I'm a construction worker.

I would not use Dr. Franklin as he charges for post-op visits. My son had an ingrown toenail removed on 6/3/16. The toe became red, and we were seen again on 6/30. Dr. Franklin stated this visit exceeded the normal follow-up time. He charged us for new visit even though it was a complication from the surgery. While this is technically allowed by my insurance company, I think it is a greedy business practice. Other doctors do not charge for such visits. I will never go back.
