Dr. GENTILE was great !!! He is smart, he is kind, and he helped me enormously with my kidney stones. I'd recommend him without hesitation.

Dr. Gentile has been helping me manage my enlarged prostate condition for many years now. I trust his counsel and advice.

Dr. Gentile was right to the point, answered all my questions, and made appropriate recommendations. The office staff, including Ms. Greeno in urodynamics, were outstanding. The office visits, surgery, and post op all went like clockwork.

MD mentioned ordering renal imaging- still has not ordered tests even after 3 mentions/discussions using in MY Chart. Very frustrating. Notes to MD using MY Chart not answered for 5 days. (MY Chart says 'staff' will handle if MD can't- but that never happened.) Some notes never answered! MD needs to be more responsive to patient.

Great medical professionals. Highly recommend Dan Barney. Would give five stars to medical staff. White Spruce office staff needs training in courtesy and competence. To be fair, they are universally friendly, but some are just rude and incompetent. Interrupting a patient is never a good practice. I rarely write bad reviews, but I rarely experience such poor customer service. Again, great medical staff, many wonderful staff, but some staff needs retraining. Great medical professionals. I was very impressed with Dr. Gentile. I was fit in same day. Treated with great respect, he was prompt and very informative. He talked me through everything he was doing and covered all bases in my testing based on my symptoms. I would definitely recommend.

He put no effort and couldn't be bothered to answer basic questions or even acknowledge what I would assume to be an extremely basic urology problem - an abnormally frequent need to urinate. The only thing he bothered to lazily say about it was "probably fluid intake at your age". The appointment itself lasted less than 10 minutes, and was mostly a generic spiel with no thought behind it, completely unrelated to what I was there for.

He is the best of the best!

It's been a week since I had a vasectomy performed by Dr. Gentile and all I can say is that he did an amazing job. I liked the fact that he walked me through every single detail during the procedure which made me feel very comfortable. Post-recovery has been great too. He is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience. Procedure went nice and easy. Highly recommend him. Office staff is disorganized, not customer friendly, sent prescription to wrong pharmacy. Appointments set months in advance are changed at last minute. Long waits especially Friday afternoons, an hour or so. Hustled in and hustled out . Not confident in his diagnosis, seeking 2nd opinion.

Excellent Doctor in all ways. He has greatly contributed to the quality of my life. He has treated me for many years.

Dr. Gentile is amazing. He has done thousands of vasectomies (around 8000). He is very personable and far from curt. I dislike most people and I highly recommend him!!

Dr. Gentile has always been courteous, efficient and professional in my visits. I highly recommend him.

Staff was very responsive, quick to help and very pleasant. I had one of them in stiches, giggling at my interaction - correctly as I wanted to have the staff happy to help me. Dr. Gentile was informative and positively interactive, answering all my questions completely.

The office staff is quite rude. When checking out, they ignored us completely and kept staring at their computers instead of helping us, their customers. No one was in front of us and they were in no hurry to help. When I stated that we were ready to check out and had to make another appointment, the lady at the check-out desk barely looked at us and shouted for someone to help us.This number two person did help, not entirely graciously, and without a smile.
