As usual, I received excellent service while at my six-month teeth cleaning appointment today. Nicole took my five-year x-rays, my once-a-year x-rays, and cleaned my teeth (polishing is not allowed at this time, as a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic). Given all the safety measures put in place by the office, I felt really safe. Nicole really did a great job cleaning my teeth. My wife even smiled at me today. Dr. Hirshfield was his usual insightful self, and he manages a great operation. The staff, including Nicole, Holly, Julie, and Susan are so nice. Thank you, everyone!

As usual Dr. Hirshfield's treatment of me was wonderful. He took me right on time, donned extreme Covid-19 protection and did not do more than needed to be done which kept the fee minimal. Moreover, the office staff is very friendly and their treatment is superb. In totality it is a pleasure to go to dental appointments at Dr. Hirshfield's which I have been doing for many years because I always receive excellent treatment and encounter a very pleasant staff.

Had a dental cleaning today. A great experience. The entire team at the office was so friendly and welcoming. Shared a couple good laughs with Holly during the cleaning - who knew a dental cleaning could be funny? I also appreciate the team being able to accommodate my last minute request (I called after hours last night) for the ultrasonic cleaning vs manual instruments. Hirshfield Dental has been out dentist for over twenty years. They are professional, friendly and patient. The new hygienist, Elaine, knows her stuff and explains everything. She is thorough but quick. I hate going to the dentist but I always walk out of Hirshfield’s thinking, “that was not bad at all. What was I so worried about?” The best.

My regular dental X-rays and prophylaxis were done by the new dental hygienist on the staff. I think her name was Elaine? She gave me the best cleaning/prophylaxis I have ever had done, the new ultrasound equipment is an enormous improvement over the old hand-pick procedure. I felt secure when I observed how well the hygienist worked with Dr. Hirschfeld during the evaluation at the end of my appointment. Thanks for the great treatment and I shall be back for more.

This is an excellent Dental Practice! The administrative staff is warm and welcoming. As always I was seen for my appointment within minutes of my arrival . I have never as I always say to him and others known a dentist who is as professional, competent and honest as Dr. David Hirshfield. It is actually a joy to go to him. His staff mirror the same style as he. As shown on my chart I began going to him in 1990 and will continue to do so through 2017 and beyond. He is a minimalist and will try to do what is professionally correct but one can be assured that he is doing only what must be done. Thank you, Dr. Hirshfield, for these many years of excellent treatment. I know now and have for a long time that I made the right choice!

From the first visit I was put at ease, not made to feel embarrassed because I was so scared. after years of child hood nightmare trips to dental practice. First the office staff nurses and assistants were great and Dr Hirshfield was so kind, explaining everything. I had to see Dr. Hirshfield as I was having pain in my jaw and thought it was a tooth. I have a trip planned within a few days and wanted to have it checked. I was able to see him the following day. My wife and I have been patients for at least 35 years and we have always had excellent care.

I first became aware of Hirshfield Dental Care, when the owner (Dr. David Hirshfield) contacted my company to address some airflow issues he was having with his HVAC system. David and I struck an immediate rapport, and I was quite impressed by the work ethic and compassion he had towards every one of his patients, and how he expected (and got) the same work ethic and compassion from his staff. Their compassion and caring really shines when you get a review request immediately after your visit, and even more so when you have a procedure done or are having dental pain, and you expect to get a call back from an answering service and the call turns out to be from David himself! I told my wife about them, and now my entire family uses them, and my kids who really have a hard time with dentists and needles, say they love Dr. Hirshfield and his staff, because "it doesn't hurt like it usually does"!
