Dr. Jones is probably one of the best doctors I have ever witnessed in 26 years of fire/ems service his bed side manor communication skills and concern for what his patient has to say is 2nd to none.

Dr. Jones is a great Dr. We have gone to him since we moved to Tri-Cities 17 years ago. He's caring and always gas time for me.

We have been with Dr. Jones since he arrived in the Tri Cities. We have recommend him to our daughter and her family and they see Dr. Jones. We would also like to have our other daughter and family have Dr Jones as their family doctor but he is not able to include them at this time.

Best doctor with kadlec that has so many questionable others on staff, Yes, Dr. Jones is better than others at KadLec.

My children and I have been seeing Dr. Jones for close to a decade and a half. He has always provided comprehensive care with a genuine and patient bedside manner. He has also always been very receptive to time sensitive needs. He has been a wonderful primary care provider for our family.

Operates by the book only and is compliant to the system, rather than the patient, but is a smart doctor who will provide adequate care to his patients. His current clinic staff rate ⭐⭐'s only.

Dr. Jones has been my primary care provider for the past 15 years and is an excellent physician. Has seen me through an appendicitis a decade ago and more recently caught my prostate cancer. Appointments are sometimes booked up, but that is only because he is in high demand.

Omfg, avoid like the plague. If I could give zero stars I would. They are chronically late for all appointments. We waited 30 min for appointment. No apologies. If your 10 min late they will not see you. Dr Jones is amazing, knows his stuff. His office and staff are worthless. Do not come here!

He is the best Dr ever. He sees to all our medical needs and is very caring and understanding. If your looking for a Dr. that Actually Cares about his patients, this is the guy.

Terrific family practitioner! Spends as much time as is necessary to make common language explanations and to answer questions. Always reviews my medical records in an effort to spot any health issue related issues that have developed over the years.

Needed an appointment and was told by the staff the next one available was four months away! What nonsense. He has taken on too many patients and there is no way he can adequately provide medical care for them.

He is one of the best doctors in the tri cities area I would recommend him to anyone
