Everyone at Dr. Kaplan's office is so very nice. It's actually enjoyable to go there. The staff is always helpful and accommodating. Dr. Kaplan is knowledgeable, kind, and calm, but also he is also humorous and fun. He is the best!

I am an anxious person when I go to the dentist like many people are between his calm demeanor and his efficient dental staff I feel an overwhelming sense of security which in turn eases my anxiety. Mickale is a fabulous assistant always pleasant and just engaging Danielle the hygienist is equally pleasant and thorough. Efficient, thorough, friendly. Makes going to the dentist a pleasure.

About 9 years ago my sister recommended Dr. Kaplan to me. That was a lucky day for our family! First off, Dr. Kaplan is a great dentist. When I told him I really didn’t like my smile he suggested I do something about it. I got braces and couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. Kaplan did a great job! He has also taken amazing care of my husband whenever he has had a dental emergency, which unfortunately has happened more than once. The office staff is like a family. They have all been there for years and they are just fun to be around. They are all very professional and efficient but at the same time they include you in their comradery. Great job keeping things safe during Covid-19. Great service as usual.

Dr Kaplan is the best dentist I've ever seen. All of his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I usually see Danielle for my cleaning. She's wonderful. Maureen and Diane in the office are always awesome too.

Great dentist with excellent staff. Very welcoming and considerate.

Dr. Kaplan and his staff were professional, thorough, and personable. I was early to my appointment and they took me in back anyway, did xrays, etc. And Dr Kaplan did his exam. I went back to the waiting room for about 15 minutes, and then went back in where my teeth were cleaned thoroughly. It was my first visit, Covid restrictions were in place, prices were reasonable compared to other dental practitioners in the area (i dont have dental insurance), and they dealt with my dental anxiety perfectly. Dr. Kaplan and staff were very cordial. friendly and professional at my first visit to the practice, Covid 19 protocols were strictly enforced and I felt very safe. I never thought I'd ever say I LOVE going to the dentist. OK, maybe not love but I sure don't mind going at all actually look forward to it and seeing everyone and catching up.I don't 'dread' it anymore. Dr. Kaplan is very kind, professional and sensitive to the needs of his clients. I always dreaded the 'needle' , (I'll spare you the details of that feeling) but that fear went away on the first visit It's just a pleasant experience from beginning to end and I'm not kidding. It's been at least 2 years I have been getting my teeth cared for at Dr. kaplan's office. Staff are very friendly, caring, fun, and helpful. They are accommodating to my needs and even my more difficult procedures were pain free. I travel 3o minutes to this office because they can accommodate my needs and are up with the latest technology. I recommend them. He also checks in with you at the end of a day if a procedure was a big one and gives his cell if one needs assistance and One day in the winter he made sure I got to my car okay as I was on crutches and the snow was piling up outside! Doctor Kaplan is an excellent DDS with extreme knowledge to handle any problem that may come his way. He is very calm and comforting which makes your visit pleasant. I have been a patient for years and recommend him to all. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I love Dr. Kaplan and all the ladies that work there. They are always welcoming. I had a bad experience with a previous dentist, so I was hesitant when I visited Dr. Kaplan’s office. Right away I was put at ease and many times I was sent home with a bouquet of flowers! My husband has been a patient since he was younger and our 6 year old daughter is a patient as well. I have contacted Dr. Kaplan because a friend recommended him to me. I had a root canal poorly done 2 years ago, which was done by other Doctor. The tooth got infected, and I was experiencing a terrible pain. I contacted Dr. Kaplan after hours during a week end, and he prescribed an antibiotic, and a pain reliever, along with advice related to my problem. He gave me an immediate appointment over the phone ,and treated me as an emergency patient. He removed the tooth in less than half an hour, without me noticing this, and with no pain for the extraction. He placed a synthetic bone draft, and I am ready to get an implant, waiting for the healing. The implant will be done by him I appreciate that we still can find Doctors like him in Upstate New York, who goes out of his way to help a patient in need. Dentists who have the knowledge like Dr. Kaplan,should be able to perform this kind of job, without sending the patient to an oral surgeon Doctor, avoiding a waste of time, and stress. RPR

A friend recommended Dr. Kaplan to us with glowing praise and she was absolutely right. The experience was pleasant, professional and satisfying. We met Danielle, our hygienist, who is a delightful person. She informed us about what was happening every step of the way. I highly recommend Dr. Kaplan and his entire staff.

Great care all around!

Staff is always friendly and competent. My filling today was pain-free and was done quickly and easily.

Good first appointment. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I believe I have a good idea of what we will accomplish and the order in which it will be done. The only thing I wish I had known about was that I had to wait outside for Covid purposes. Had I known ahead of time, I would have driven over instead of walked.
