I absolutely was shocked by the lady who didn't like Dr.Kelsall!!!---He is one of the finest ear doctors in the US, and he has always been wonderful to me !! Doctors in Florida know of his fantastic reputation, and are actually jealous that I can see him when in Colorado !! Please, please ---make an appointment with him, he is top of the line !! Excellent doctor! Very knowledge and caring. Reviewed all my records in advance and was very kind. Spent a lot of time explaining things to me. Definitely recommend highly!

I don't typically write reviews but I felt I needed to in this case just to hopefully help someone else if they're on the fence about seeing Dr. Kelsall. Long story short: don't! My neurologist referred me to Dr. Kelsall about constant ringing in my ears for a few months. All of the office staff were great, but Dr. Kelsall was pretty awful. I genuinely felt that he didn't listen to a single word I said and was very condescending. He insisted that I must have been exposed to a loud noise that gave me some hearing loss and even though I told him I've pretty much been bedridden for the last two years and haven't been exposed to even moderate noise since then his response was "Well you probably just don't remember it." and to insist that my ringing was from hearing loss due to a loud noise despite my vociferous objections. I have never felt so frustrated and belittled by a doctor. The fact that I had to drive over an hour to get there just added insult to injury. I told my therapist about my experience and when I mentioned his name she exclaimed "Oh I wish you had told me who your appointment was with before you went, I've had so many patients with the same complaints about him that he inspired me to start a list of doctors to warn clients away from!" (She specializes in helping people with chronic pain so she has clients with lots of doctors). I have since seen other doctors and have had them confirm that my ear ringing is due to a spinal fluid leak, not hearing loss due to a loud noise, so not only does Dr. Kelsall have a horrible bedside manner but he also refused to listen to me and ended up misdiagnosing me. I definitely would not recommend Dr. Kelsall to anyone. Excellent doctor! Caring and very smart. He gives great care despite being busy. Trust him 100%!

I tried 5 times to contact this office to schedule an appointment in a 27 day span. The first 2 times I left messages and no one returned my call. The next 2 times I was actually able to speak to someone who took my name and number stating they were understaffed and would return my call later that day. Guess what, it didn't happen. The fifth time I was actually able to schedule an appointment for 3 weeks out (no problem) and then 2 days before the appointment they called me and cancelled the appointment informing me that I would need to call back and reschedule.

Oh my goodness, Dr Kelsall is one of the very best ENT's in the state. Our Dr friends recommended him after several other ENT's missed diagnosed my condition. Dr Kelsall was the only one that ordered 1mm slicing MRI's with contrast that caught my benign but growing brain tumor which was then successfully treated by a neurosurgeon. He also used a small fiber optic test to see corneal reflex issues associated with the tumor that other Dr's didn't bother with. Wonderful Dr you want on your team. I don't normally write reviews, but when I saw this only had one, 1 star review, I decided it would be appropriate. First off, this Google listing isn't for the overall practice, that is here: https://goo.gl/maps/sXrEv1tFLPm. Secondly, I cannot speak to Dr. Kelsall, as I have seen Dr. Lupo. However, I can speak very highly of the overall practice. I've never had an issue with scheduling, or making appointments. The staff is wonderful and organized. I've also seen a handful of the Audiologists, and they were all fantastic. I put off an ear procedure for years because of a bad visit at another practice. I didn't like the staff, the doctor, or the Audiologist. Going to RMEC instilled the confidence back in me and I got everything taken care of. 5 stars. I have called repeatedly to schedule an appointment. No one answers the phone even though it's during regular business hours. They state their line is turned over to the answering machine from noon-1:30. That's fine, as long as you could get through when you call in the morning or later afternoon. But no one answers! I left a message and no one calls me back. This is utterly ridiculous. I will be reporting back to the doctor who referred me. NO one should be referred to Dr. Kelsall.

It is really hard to setup appointment, I have called the number to make appointments, and the operator transfer's you to another person and they are not available. I have left messageside and no one called me back.

Dr. Kelsall is a very knowledgeable physician. He can seem a bit shy but he really does care about his patients. I have seen him for many years and I feel well taken care of.
