The staff did a great job taking care of me

Dr Lairmore has been my oral surgeon since 2015 when he did my 1st dental implant. He just installed my 7th dental implant and I have had no issues with any of them. He and his staff are very personable and friendly with great bedside manner and they provide excellent caring service. I probably could not find a better oral surgeon even if I tried. I am very pleased with him and his staff.

My experience has been wonderful. The procedure was quick and I was comfortable. Also, the procedure was very affordable. After the procedure, they called to check on me and make sure I had no complications !!! I highly recommend Dr. Latimore and his team for your tooth surgery!

Didn’t have to wait forever on an appointment when I was in pain. I got an appointment for only 2 weeks away. Day of my surgery was very planned out, the staff is friendly and very helpful and understandable. I felt comfortable the whole time and also it was in and out took no time at all. I’ll be going back In January to get my top 2 removed.

Dr. Lairmore performed surgery on me in June. The procedure went very well, the follow up appointment was great! The staff are very courteous, professional and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Lairmore.

I’ve saw Dr Lairmore in 2020 and recently for a procedure. Each time my experience was nothing of exceptional. He and his team took time to explain instructions before and after my procedure. They were super nice and make sure I was comfortable with information I received before they did anything. I would highly recommend him and his staff for any oral surgery needs!

They're so friendly and professional! The staff was able to put me at ease before my procedure. I opted for sedation, and it was worth it. No strees or anxiety. Dr. Lairmore has an amazing chair-side manner and completed the tooth extraction very quickly and cleanly. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Lairmore and his team to anyone!

I had a biopsy of a growth on my tongue performed. The staff was friendly and caring. Everything concerning the procedure and what was to follow was explained thoroughly answering all my questions and I received a follow up call afterwards. Unfortunately the biopsy proved to be positive. Dr Lairmore answered my questions and referred me to another Dr. for treatment where I am completely satisfied with the care I am receiving.

I had to have 10 teeth cut out and the anesthesia I paid for did not work I was fully awake and in a lot of pain and I want my money back and I have disputed it with my bank!!! The dentist did not care!!!

Excellent pre-op care by nurse and IV nurse. Post-op instructions were a bit confusing. One document indicated apply ice on and off for 20 minutes but another indicated on and off for 30 minutes. No problem though. Just applied on/off 30 minutes. Dr. Larimore also did an implant for me a couple of years ago. Care has been excellent on both treatments.

so apparently the nurses hit innocent people when they are just waking up from the anesthesia. Regardless what went on in that room that gives NO right to grab someone’s wrist and punch them in the arm and leave bruises. You should really be ashamed of yourself and i hope you lose all your business. And if I’m not mistaken I read a review that said the nurses were too busy talkin to each other vs paying attention to your patient. Obviously you need to get your nurses under control and probably hire new ones who actually are there to do their job and not stand around and physically put their hands on the patients giving YOU buisness. Anyways, don’t recommend this place at all because I promise if it were to happen to me or my daughter I wouldn’t have just walked out peacefully like my friend did. The office staff, the surgeon himself are great. The nurse who gives the IV, she didn't give her name, has zero bedside manners. Gave no explanation prior to doing things and just done them.

My initial appointment to set up my wisdom teeth removal was fine. The doctor was very nice and they set me up quickly. Some of the staff weren’t wearing masks properly which was horrifying. They struggled running my insurance which was super worrisome. The day of, the nurses were far more interested in talking to each other than they were to me. They didn’t explain anything about the procedure or what they were doing. Normally when I’m put under anesthesia, they talk me through it and let me know what’s going on. They did none of this. I never saw the doctor. They left a whole second iv needle in my arm the entire time she was trying to stick me a second time. She never explained what she was doing and never showed any concern for the pain she was inflicting. I’m thankful they removed my teeth. I will never go back to them again. I went here to get my wisdom teeth out and lairmore was supposed to be doing my surgery. A lady came and got me and took me to the room. She never even told me her name and rudely avoided my questions. Saying that she was going to be the only one in there. They never gave me any kind of after care instructions and as soon as they were done with removing my teeth before I could even wake up they had me out of the door. I will NEVER go here again. When my wife called about excessive pain in our daughter she was told, "Well she did have 4 teeth pulled(in a snarky way)." When she called back to inquire her name, she was told that they can't give out names. WTH? I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Lairmore. The surgery I guess went ok but the experience had much left to be desired because of the EXTREMELY rude staff, especially and more specifically, the main nurse that assists Dr. Lairmore. They all acted as if they didn’t want to be there and not one member of the staff gave even a slight smile. There was a young, white male that worked the front desk who was the most polite out of all of them both over the phone and in person but that was the extent of that. Dr. Lairmore himself was nice and his staff could learn more from him on how to treat patients. The same polite young man scheduled me for a post surgery follow up, but a couple of days before the follow up appointment the “main“ nurse called back and tried to get me to come at a time way earlier than initially planned and I could not due to work so then I was scheduled by the same polite young man for another date and time, but the same nurse tried to call back and reschedule me to come in earlier yet again. When I told her I could not each time she acted like I was inconveniencing them. When I was able to finally come in for a follow up almost a month later, I told the same nurse about the severe pain in my jaw that I had mentioned over the phone to her earlier but she blew me off and told me I was healed and there was nothing wrong with me and that she didn’t even know why “he” which I’m assuming she was referring to the doctor, wanted to do an X-ray, and that I really didn’t even need to come in—and—while saying all of this, said it in a manner in which a person does when they are very annoyed. I have never, in all of my life, ever bothered to write a review despite the countless times I felt it was warranted to let others know of various products and services, but my experience here was so unpleasant and I felt so unwelcome that I feel it is my duty to let others know who are considering coming to this particular office for dental services. Been here twice within 1 month for a total of 4 teeth pulled. Docs bedside manner is awesome! I won't go anywhere else.

I was referred to Dr. Larimore by my Dentist! I had several teeth were broken from a car accident and had been in a great amount of pain during my In patient stay at the hospital. Dr. Larimore and his staff were wonderful and very kind! The surgery went well although there was pain after the extractions he assured me that my pain would soon be no more. I love this whole team. They do check ups. They make you feel complete comfortable with the procedure and give great after care. Dr Lairmore and his team are very friendly and clean and thoughtful. This is a formal complaint: on 6-9-2020, I phoned Dr. Lairmore's office, identified myself and told where I am from, in an attempt to arrange a consultation appointment for needed dental work. I spoke to a woman named Wesley/Lesley who was reluctant to give me her name, but I insisted on her name for reference. She appeared to be having a "bad" day and had a rude and negative attitude! She stated the consultations are on Mon. & Tues. ONLY. I said today is Tues. so I am out of luck for this week. I stated I would like to ask a few questions about my particular situation: Protocol at the office(virus), status of my broken tooth, etc. She refused talking any further and implied I could ask questions at the consultation. She continued to be rude and I told her I would reconsider getting an appointment. Her attitude will negate any possibility of an appointment at this office for me.

But the reviews all said that Dr L was wonderful so I gave it a shot. I am so glad I did. I have a broken and infected abscessed rear tooth. Utter agony. Dentists here couldn’t see me for two months for the initial appt and another month before the surgery. They got me in Right away. Called Thurs afternoon, got an appt for Mon. And all of them, from the person who scheduled me to the one who called to remind me to the one who checked me in to the dental assistant, to Dr L himself were professional, joyful, nice to me and each other, skillful, and generally wonderful to be around. I was literally crying with relief. They set my fears at ease, explained everything, and exuded kindness. The dental asst in particular is a gem! Will update after procedure :).

Dr. Larimore and his lovely staff were incredible. Although extremely nervous about having my wisdom tooth removed, I was comforted and educated thoroughly. I can honestly say that the experience was as pleasant as possible. Thank you all!

A friend of mine told me she had work done by this guy years ago and she's had jaw problems ever since. Silly me, when my local dentist referred me to him, this had slipped my mind. Had I realized it was the same person, I would never have seen him. I had an apicoectomy done by him back in June for an apical infection and a little over a month later, once I had been for my post-op and had the stitches removed, I discovered a stitch that the assistant (or whatever she was) left in my gum above the tooth. I had to go to my local dentist & luckily, he & his hygienist were able to remove it. It's frustrating because after Lairmore's assistant was done, she asked me to "feel around up there to make sure there was nothing left". I did so, but I'm thinking, good grief, THAT'S YOUR JOB. Didn't altogether care for her attitude either. Everyone else had a great bedside manner and I know everyone makes mistakes, but I would not in good faith send anyone to them. Dr was great but the front staff girls need to learn some people skills. They dont acknowledge you at all when you walk in and sign in even when you say hello or good morning first. Today a man was trying to tell them he would wait outside since the room was full he said excuse me maam twice and even knocked on the window and she still wouldnt even look up when she is literally right in front the window. Been there 3 times and witnessed it everytime. Dr was great but the front staff girls need to learn some people skills. Dr Lairmore performed surgery on our sons jaw. He was absolutely awesome his staff was the best. Jaw healed and our son’s jaw is like new.. Thank you sooo much. Peace and Blessing to you your family and staff.

My surgery went flawless everyone was very nice and respectful. I appreciate that when they go over billing it's done private, I will always use Dr. Lairmore for this type surgery and the Nursing staff are a credit to their profession.

I had a great experience at this office. The staff and Dr. Larimore did great. He removed my moms wisdom teeth when I was child. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed and 1 extra. The surgery was fast and everything healed perfactly.

One of the nurses were very rude to me after surgery! The front desk staff were also rude. I would NOT recommend this place to any one and will not be returning here. Very disappointed how unprofessional the staff is and how they treat the patients!

I was very hesitate to get my root canal extraction doNE at this office after reading the reviews. My endodontic dr, who I absolutely trust and respect, referred me to Dr Larimore, so I went anyway just for a consultation to get the feel of the place before I actually got the surgery. The office is nothing like the comments made previously. Everyone from start to finish was suburb, very helpful, and friendly. They made me feel at ease and definitely gained my trust to move forward with the surgery. They were able to get me in the very next day for the surgery, whice was also excellent because this tooth has been causing me alot of grief. Nevertheless, I got the surgery done and was very pleased. I hope I don't have to see Dr lairmore and his great staff again under same circumstances but if I do I know they will take great care of me. Dr. Lairmore was very gentle & very open to answering all of my concerns about my surgery. I had 6 teeth removed & Recovery was painful but easier compared to other horror stories from friends that had doctors cut to the bone or had dry sockets. I had no issues & was seen a week after my initial appointment. Was in & out of the office within timely manner. I wasn't able.to walk for a whole day almost after surgery bc I've sedation is NO JOKE!! But overall even though the experience wasn't exactly something I wanna ever have to do again the staff & the doctor were all very helpful & polite. When I went back for my stitches to be removed I was very nervous about it being so close to my gum but they did an excellent job & were very patient & careful not to injure or rush me along. I would definitely recommend this surgeon to anyone who is as terrified of dentist as I was.. 3 people recommended him to me & all had great experiences with him as well. I had 3 wisdom teeth pulled out. The medicine had me saying things I really didn't mean. His nurse stayed professional with me and continue to treat me with respect. His staff nor himself treated me different at my follow up visit. Their main concern was how I was coming along after my surgery. I would recommend Dr. Lairmore.

I am having problem's from chemo and my teeth have been breaking off.After seeing Doctor Dixon he set me up with Doctor Lairmore.The work i was in need of was priced so high i just could'nt afford to have my work done.Doctor Lairmore did the same work for a much cheaper price plus i was sedated and taken very good care of.Everything he did was top shelf for me.Iam male 62 and scared of a denal work done.Doctor Lairmore has now shown me how much better oral surgery can be.Thank's Doctor Lairmore

Dr. Lairmore is super friendly and knowledgeable as well as his staff. He pulled a molar for me that was broken and not salvageable after months of antibiotics, a trip to my family MD for a rocephin shot, and attemps to pull the tooth at my local dental office. Other pertinent information; I can reccommend him as my husband and two adult children had their wisdom reeth removed by Dr. Lairmore. Successful! No problems. Thanks, Dr. Lairmore! We thank you!

Dr. Lairmore use a nurse anesthetist when he removed my broken tooth. I had no complications and a minimal amount of pain. He thoroughly explained the surgery, expectations, possible risks and safety. His was attentive to safety due to prescription written. I had an excellent experience.

After removal of teeth by David Larrimore,, my husband had a condition develop immediately that caused unusual movement of his jaw and then it closed up for months! He couldn't talk or eat, lost 30 lbs. He suffered so much, but Larrimore wouldn't take our calls! I took him to Houston for diagnosis and had treatment his mouth finally opened after 7 months after much botox. Every 6 mths for years! Still even! The expert said Larrimore causedi it. Larrimore refused to see him. Horrible! Avoid!

Aweful Office staff is mean. Doctor is cold. Surgery was aweful. They forgot a stitch when they were removed then couldn't understand why she was still hurting. I will never take my people to a doctor I'm not personally referred to again

Excellent staff and Dr. Lairmore had a lot of energy and was passionate about what he does ...the only flaw was there was a pretty good wait but that was not bad...everything else was excellent

I TOOK MY 16 YEAR OLD GRANDDAUGHTER TO HAVE HER 4 WISDOM TEETH REMOVED AND FOUND HIM AND HIS STAFF TO BE AMAZING. WE HAD BEEN TO ANOTHER SURGEON PREVIOUSLY WHOSE OFFICE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE AND NO HELPFUL AT ALL SO FINDING DR. LAIMORE WAS A GODSEND.

Dr. Lairmore is a very precise, caring, alert, imformative doctor. He makes sure all of your questions about the upcoming surgery are answered. He has been doing this surgery for years, i have been told and his preffesionlism shows. I Thank God for such a great doctor!

Nurses were very mean to me after surgery. I don't remember which ones. I didn't feel good and they grabbed me and forced me into the chair. Dr is pretty nice but you only see him for like 2 minutes. Follow up nurse was pretty nice to though.
