David C Marder

I am one of Dr. Marder's former patients (occupational medicine). He is a really good guy, and it is painful writing this review. However, he screwed up colossally in November of 2012. I feel he had complicity in my Employer's violating Employee Health's fitness for duty requirement. He expressed having prior knowledge of a meeting with my employer where my fitness to duty was called into question. He should have advocated for me and insisted on evaluating me first. I would have considered suing for malpractice, but I am beyond the statute of limitations.
