Dr. Mills is very competent and kind. Highly recommend!

Staff is wonderful and Dr. Mills is really good at his profession.

Dr pump fee is awsome best I ever had take time to listen to you or just a good laugh thanks for your time

Dr's are great. Been a patient since elementary school. Front staff generally very helpful.

I had no idea my eyesight was so poor until I visited Dr. Mills. He has taken care of me and I trust him completely. Excellent staff.

Have seen Dr Mills since I was a kid. I have always liked being his patient and recommend him to everyone. He has taken care of my children and now my grandchildren. If that doesn't tell you what an exceptional person he is, I'm not sure what will!

I had a visit there on 8/14/2019, the Dr i seen was fantastic, some of the other staff not so much......the man Dr. Mills that owns the practice is a very rude and nasty old man, there was issues with me insurance, girl had put in the wrong birth date, and told me I would have to pay for it with cash, and I told her not as long as I have insurance, told her I would like my prescription and I would go somewhere else and that is where Dr Mills came and told her not to give it to me, that I would have to pay, I will never step my foot in that place ever again. Dr. Mills is great. Though had problems dealing with front desk at office and over phone. Never got a call back telling me my contacts had arrived.

Both Doctors ther are wonderful. The staff that checks you in one very rude.. My kids have always seen Dr. Mills and I have the utmost respect for him...but the black headed lady(has an accent( was so rude.

THE BEST

Dr. Mills is the very best optometrist in the Tri Cities

They have always shown me kindness. The eye doctor went out of his way to make sure I was able to be seen and have my eye glasses. Even though my insurance is fickle and hard to work with. I would be in a lot of trouble if I hadn't gone here. Really good place to go.

Horrible customer service! I will never be back. it took over 5 weeks to get a set of frames and lenses set. At the five-week mark I was called and told that they were ready for pick up when I arrived, the customer service rep handed me a plastic bag with two large round lenses in them not even knowing that the frames were already there waiting to be put in them. Then they lost the frames! Our family will never be back!! LensCrafters is a little higher but worth the professional way you are treated as a customer. And glasses back within a week! Best place in Elizabethton to get your eyes checked out. Office staff and optometrist are all top notch and genuine.

Love Dr. Mills, been going there all my life, wouldn't go anywhere else.

My entire family sees Dr. Mills and has for years. He has diagnosed cataracts correctly in 3 of us. He performs the most intensive exam I have ever had. He has just started seeing my 9 yr. old and she loves him and has no fear because of his easy manner. The staff are always pleasant and keep up with our family members.
