You can never beat the friendly kind atmosphere of Prince Dental!

MD Prince's staff was able to get me in the next morning to fix my problem.

Prince Dental is amazing. They are great with little kids and so sweet and patient with seniors. They are especially kind to my adult son who is blessed with autism. Dr Shmoots and Maggie are a great team.

???? used to love the office and we regulars for 5yrs until they decided to bill us for visits 1.5yrs ago! We visited several times before they told us our insurance was not covering our son and we had a balance. No mention or bills for 1.5yrs while we continue to get service seems criminal! And we would have been inclined to help and call the insurance had we known 1yr ago, but now Prince Dental won't do their own billing legwork. And now no sympathy, apology, or assistance. Note that the recent reviews are all new patients, and the dental staff is great, but how many of those will change to a 1-star when the bill comes in a year after muffing the insurance?

As usual, Prince Dental comes through again with their usual patient care which is above and beyond. I had a crown emergency and from the time I called to the time I was home again, with crown fixed, was under 2 hours. I have used Prince Dental for 10+ years and planning to continue to do so.

I recently broke a tooth. Prince Dental got me right in and took time fix it bu making a crow for the broken tooth. I can’t say enough positive things about the Prince Dental Team. Everyone from front office, to assistants, hygienists and the dentists. State of the art equipment and highly trained team.

Had an extraction done over a year ago and no complaints. I decided to go back for a couple more extractions needed two days ago. They did a Panoramic Xray that lasted 15-20 seconds, and then the dentist spent no more than 3 minutes with me only to say yes you do need extractions but we need to refer you to an oral surgeon. I was disappointed but still no issues with the appointment to this point. I was taken to the front desk to be told the cost for my visit was $175!!! For 5 minutes total time! No exaggeration. I was so frustrated and to her credit she went back to talk to the dentist about my frustration. She came back and told me they would discount it to $125. While I greatly appreciate the effort of the lady at the front desk, and I know she doesn't control the pricing, $125 to be told I can't be helped and all of 5 minutes of their time is Highway Robbery. I love being loyal to and returning/recommending businesses, but it's frustrating when one isn't dealt with fairly. I will never waste my time going back nor will I ever recommend their office. In fact I will do the opposite. If i ever hear someone talking about going there, i will do all i can to advise them to stay far away and not end up with a horror story like mine.

Dr Prince and Dr Schmutz do a superior job of making their patients comfortable and the are always on schedule. They provide high quality Dental work in everything from cleaning and diagnostics to fillings, crowns, and even implants. I rely on them and they are there for me all the time. They provide the best value of any dentist I have gone to in the last 30 years. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I thought I was going in to have a filling replaced. I learned that my tooth was cracked and needed a crown. Dr Prince was able to do the entire procedure that same day without me having to reschedule for another appointment. I walked away relatively pain-free!!

My family has been going to Prince Dental Group for over 30 years. I have moved away but still travel to Midway to see Dr David Prince, his father John Prince before that! Friendly, clean, and professional in every way. Would go nowhere else. 2/7/23. One more great visit to Prince Dental Group today. Absolutely no waiting, a very competent and friendly cleaning with Haley, and met Dr Schmutz for the first time. Very nice guy. I was in and out of there in no time. They are the best.

It’s hard to find a good dental office that encompasses all your needs. Prince dental group does that and more. They are very professional from the minute you arrive until well after you’re done. I highly recommend them!

I was in excruciating pain on the left side of my face, after a trip to the ER and running CT scans and blood work I was left with unanswered questions. My friend Michelle Garcia who works as a receptionist/assistant was able to recognize my symptoms and booked me an appointment the very next day. Right away after running several scans they were able to tell me what was wrong and got me in for a root canal asap! Dr. Schmutz did my root canal and he did an amazing job you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients the staff was all really great definitely 10/10 experience!

Prince Dental Group is outstanding! The front office staff is always so welcoming and friendly to start off. They keep on top of my dental appointment needs and remind me by email and text when my appointments are. The dentists and hygienists here are very friendly as well but even more importantly are extremely good at what they do. I have been going here for two years now and plan to keep them for my dental needs as they are the best!

Everyone (including Dr Prince) was very kind and thoughtful. No rushing to push me through. They also made sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns about anything.

I was very impressed with the Prince dental office in Midway. I needed an emergency extraction and they were so accommodating and got me right in. I was a new patient and they treated me like gold and actually worked out a payment plan for me. The dentist was concerned and got me in and out of there in a reasonable time. I definitely recommend them.

Prince Dental Group is a great place! Ashlyn is a great hygienist and dr. Schmutz was so nice! Kennedy is also an amazing receptionist that helped me so much with understanding my insurance. So great with kids! Would recommend Prince Dental to everyone!

They get you in and out of there. Dr. Dave is awesome. I don't think I'm being upsold on anything I don't need either. Strongly suggest these guys!

Not affordable, not conscious of there customers needs and doesn’t try to be affordable in any way. When I said I couldn’t afford there was no alternative, I would never recommend this dentist. They give you a bill and just expect you to pay. Over priced. Staff was nice, but like I said not helpful in making it affordable and making the customer feel like they actually wanted to help them.
