David Paul Rigan

Dr. Rigan didn’t say one word to me the day I went in for my procedure. He never explained what he was going to be doing or what I should expect afterwards. The nurse was pleasant but he on the other hand is not friendly at all and I think that’s very unprofessional. The whole process just seemed rushed. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Minimal waiting time before seeing the Doctor. Dr. Rigan is very personable, and an excellent surgeon who takes time to answer any questions about the surgical procedure. I would recommend this practice to family and friends.

I would rate him zero if it was an option. I went to Dr. Rigan for a Mohs procedure. His nurse made it extremely difficult for me to schedule to the procedure. On top of that, Dr. Rigan told me he didn’t think it was necessary. I let him talk me into a regular proceed. The day of surgery, he didn’t say a single word to me. Not “good morning” not “good bye”. Nothing. Completely silent during the entire procedure. Which I felt was very rude and unprofessional. I received a call 2 weeks later that he didn’t get all of it and that I need to come back it. I was so furious that I started looking into other doctors so I could do the mohs procedure. Only to find out that Dr. Rigan isn’t certified to perform that process. So my question is, why would he misrepresent his practice by telling me he does mohs surgery? I would never recommend this lying cheat of a surgeon. I would rate him zero if it was an option.
