Dr. Roden is very professional and very accurate when he performs surgery. I am very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him.

Dr. Roden did surgery on my sinuses & throat. Ever since my sinuses are worse than ever, non stop infections. He was also supposed to fix deviated septum, however it is worse than ever. Been to several ER & urgent care visits. ER doc said who messed up your sinuses after doing a scan. Went back to him & was told nothing more he can do for me, very rude. Offered to send me to Harris so I consulted with him who told me to put honey up my nose, ewww!

I would NOT recommend this "Specialist " to my worst enemy! Did not address any questions, issues of mine. I received more help and ideas from the frigg internet! My living room wall has more compassion. Waste of time, mine, not his of course because my insurance company will pay for it. Right away sent me to the audiologist for a hearing test( thought maybe this was standard procedure $ had to wait for that too. More wasted time, unless you're a retired government employee hearing aids aren't covered and costly . Of course the doctor gets a kickback. After telling me that I have hearing loss, sends me away. If you want to be ignored and have time to spare, by all means make an app with this "specialist " I would NOT recommend this "Specialist " to my worst enemy! I do not write reviews but in this case I will make an exception. This is the most uncaring doctor I have ever been to. He gave me one course of action to solve my problem. When it didn't work I asked what was the next course of action he said we could do a mri but out of 100 people 99 showed nothing. I said if that is the case what else could be done and he said nothing. I could get a second opinion but basically he was done with me. No further investigation as to what caused my sudden hearing loss just see ya wouldn't want to be ya. No compassion no nothing. He may be a great doctor to some but he was horrible for me. Yes I will express a recommendation and that is don't donate to his pockets. Terrible just terrible. I do not write reviews but in this case I will make an exception. Always a good Dr and always concerned with helping you feel better. I couldn't ask for a better Dr. , Hats off to the staff and the Dr. Great job as always

Explained carefully what he was doing and allowed time for questions. Was able to competently and painlessly perform my procedure in the office. Called personally to discuss results of my procedure. Couldn't have asked for more.

Dr. Roden was professional and timely with his diagnosis and surgery in our emergency situation. He was happy to answer all questions after the surgery was complete. He’s a no nonsense type of doctor but shows compassion at the same time. The follow up visit was A+ no waiting and Dr. came right in and reviewed the events of the surgery. The staff was friendly. From the moment Dr Roden walked into the room, I felt his unhappiness. He tried to squeeze a smile but failed at the beginning. I wondered if there was something bothering him. He was very inpatient. As his new patient, I was interrupted by a different subject before I finished explaining one. I had to correct him because he used incomplete info for his suggestions. He was not interested in explaining and educating me my situation. He rushed out and even didn't stop to listen to my questions. I was in to my appointment in a timely manner, Dr. Roden was kind and respectful. I would recommend this office to others.

Absolutely adore Dr. Roden. He was very kind, knowledgeable and heartfelt. I wouldn't have wanted any other doctor to perform surgery on my 6 year old but him. Would definitely go back and will recommend him to others.

I was really offended by the way this doctor treated me in the room twice. I was sent over to see him by the wound clinic so I could go into the Hyper Baric treatment plan, my sinus issues and had fluids in my left ear and my right ear I was experiencing popping of the eardrum. Then I had to have my hearing checked by another doctor and he and a staff member made rude comments about my right foot and the hole in my jeans below my knee. I plan to find another specialist.

I tried to see the Dr., my appointment was scheduled five months awayFrom the time I called. I found another ENT who took care of my problem. It was an inner ear infection. When I called to Cancel my appointment, no one would answer the phone for two days. Considering you cannot make an appointment without A referral, any patient would have a serious condition, waiting this long would've been detriment to my hearing. This isn't appropriate care.

Great staff and excellent patient care. Dr Roden is very professional and addressed all my needs. Very good experience. Would highly recommend him.

I love Dr. Roden. He is very kind, gentle, professional, and most of all knowledgeable. He removed my giant thyroid and her 7 children. My surgery could not have gone better. But what I find exceptional is when he says he's going to call the hospital and check test results at a certain time, he does. When he says he's going to call you, he does. Also, his support staff, are all as professional as he is. The office starts early, and everyone, including Dr Roden, are so efficient. Thanks Dr Roden!

Great doctor great staff.

Dr. was very friendly and polite. I didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable. I felt he would do his best to get to the bottom of the problem.
