Best dentist I've ever had. He is thorough and treats his patients well. You can tell he actually cares about you and isn't just after your money like so many are. Trish is an excellent hygienist, she is so kind and gentle while cleaning your teeth. I can't recommend them enough!

My daughter is hearing impaired and due to the unforeseen closure of our previous dentist we ended up at Creekside Dental. Dr. Ross was amazing with her! I was very impressed and will be switching the whole family to Dr. Ross.

Staff was great! They are all really nice and knowledgeable. I have a very small mouth and they did everything to keep me comfortable and let me take breaks to let my jaw rest. Kept asking to make sure I was ok. I hate the dentist, but they made me hate it alot less. Definitely recommend.

Always the best experience coming here! Dr. Ross has been my dentist for 13 years. I moved 3 hours away for a new job and yet I still come to see him and his staff for all of my dental needs. Trish does an amazingly thorough job cleaning teeth and her bedside manner is top notch. When you find an amazing dental practice with the most up-to-date equipment and someone you can trust--it is hard to go anywhere else.

Dental hygienist put a swab with numbing gel on the inside bottom of my mouth. Did not tell me how long to keep it in. She left me for a long time. My tongue was so numb from it being kept in too long, that I kept biting my tongue and didn’t even know it. My tongue was numb for almost two months. Was afraid I would never get the feeling in it back. Will not go back to this office. When I was paying the bill and could barely talk, they all stood around giggling. Unprofessional staff. We have seen Dr Ross over 20 years.. the best Barboursville has to offer.

I love this office! I have never had any pain or issues when getting treated. The staff were all very nice and professional. Dr Ross always remembered info about me and was always kind and concerned about my comfort. I would still be there if I lived closer!

Not a good experience. Hygienist numbed inside of mouth and numbed my tongue. Was numb for two months. Will not go back. Unprofessional staff.
