Dr Russel is of the old family Doctor type: Caring, smart, cutting edge up to date, responsive, and goes way above and beyond to provide the best care he can. We’ve been patients of Dr Russell for 12 years, through many assorted medical issues, and we have very high regard for him. His staff, RN Joey especially, are cut from the same cloth. We owe them much.

Dr Russell listens, gives sound advice, is compassionate and sincere. He’s also highly competent and I feel I can trust what he says. A huge asset to Orcas Island.
