I would give negative stars if I could. My mother was a patient of Dr. Scholl’s for years. Between him and the incompetent staff at OSF Mendota hospital ER they almost mis-diagnosed her heart issues (which she needed a double bypass for) and actually mis-managed her high blood pressure that led to her having a stroke. I had encouraged my mother to seek out care from a different GP as I felt Dr. Scholl wasn’t taking her high blood pressure, kidney issues and previous heart issues seriously and was concerned she would have a stroke and my biggest fears came true. Rather than try to direct her to the appropriate specialists or refer her elsewhere he kicked the can. His PA also accused my mother of drug seeking behavior when she was trying to manage her numerous co-morbidities. The staff at the ER gave my mom a hard time about how many CT scans were ordered because of her kidney issues which is not the patient’s responsibility to track nor should the patient be treated poorly because of a physician’s order. Always takes time needed to discuss issues and resolve problems

I would give negative stars if I could. My mother was a patient of Dr. Scholl’s for years. Between him and the incompetent staff at OSF Mendota hospital ER they almost mis-diagnosed her heart issues (which she needed a double bypass for) and actually mis-managed her high blood pressure that led to her having a stroke. Dr School is always very nice and treats you like a person not a number!

He always takes the time to listen to what I have to say and explains things so I can understand them
