Although i only see Dr Seigenburg when i have my colonoscopy every 5 yrs he is a wonderfull Dr. i have never had any pain at all during the procedure he always puts you in a twilight sleep never had a problem.

Disgusted. Three weeks of back and forth" I'm on procedures they say".neglectful ,inhumane practice.not good for a young crowd early 30s.needed sleep meds never got them up for days now.secretarys are rude and mess with you.needed a referral to another specialist and they ignore it.needed a special med for something else they postpone it....after experimenting with the first drug that didn't work I feel so miserable. Excellent! Everyone in the office and everyone on the medical staff couldn't have been any nicer or more professional. I would recommend Dr. Siegenberg to anyone seeking gastro intestinal care. This was my fifth colonoscopy over the years but the first by Dr. Siegenberg . It was definitely the easiest!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. If they are that miserable, find another job.

Horrible-Would not go to this Dr he Dr performed worst Colonoscopy on my wife today, she had 3 previous ones with no problems at all and no pain, This was the worst pain, she had to scream for him to stop in middle of procedure! Would not even take 5 mins after procedure to let me know what happened!

I have been a patient of Dr. Siegenberg for over 10 years, I have always found him and his staff ( Nurse Practioners/Front Desk staff) to be excellent.

He has a wonderful bedside manner and always does a great thorough job with my colonoscopies !! I highly recommend him!!

Dr Siegenberg is kind, thorough, and truly cares about each of his patients, their individual needs and treatment! His office staff are lovely to deal with regarding appointments, rescheduling, follow-ups etc.. I highly recommend him, especially when it comes to esophageal issues

He was wonderful and caring and a great listener. Put me at ease. Saw him for a procedure at Winchester and was so glad I chose him. He is a keeper and I felt I was in great hands. Kudos to Dr S. You would be hard pressed to find anybody nicer.

Do not go to this office. Dr.Siegenberg, not good. I was a patient of his for several years and never met him. He is “too busy”. They have horrendous customer service. They do NOT care about their patients. They are very slow in processing any request you may have. They make you feel like you are a number not a patient. Generally happy with this office with the exception of Kathleen who answers the phone. She is very unpleasant, rude in demeanor, and should not be the first impression someone has of their office. I asked to leave a message and she advised I could but they are busy and I more than likely wont get a call back. When explaining my situation instead of listening to what I was saying she interrupted and told me before I go any further she needs my date of birth. As a business owner myself I find this a very unprofessional response. Busy or not you should always treat clients with respect Eleanor and the rest of the team are fabulous. Dr Siegenberg has been my dr.for many years. He is very knowledgeable about IBS and through the years he has treated me for this condition. His staff is the greatest! Most of the staff has been with him for many,many years. His two nurse practitioners are excellent. Both are good listeners and you never feel hurried when seeing them. I rely on Dr Siegenberg,his nurses and the staff for my health issues.I feel lucky that I am under the care of all of them.

.I am a young 21 year old female and I went to seek out GI help because I had constant stomach pain with no diagnosis and prior I had a CAT scan, abdominal ultrasound and blood work all came back fine. He completely belittled me, told me nothing was wrong with me because my CT scan came back fine and I had IBS. which was WRONG He said because I was healthy and had a healthy weight that nothing was wrong with me and its all in my head. Do not waste your time.

He certainly knows how to diagnose real problems. He is very educated in all areas of GI. Im thankful to have a kind Doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Siegenburg for about 16 years. Although I have very rarely seen the doctor himself, the nurse practioners and other staff have treated me very well. No complaints except for it being sometimes the phone is busy when I try to call the office.
