Dr. Thompson was referred to me by my Primary, Dr.Elizabeth Rommel, who I think is amazing. She did not disappoint in recommending Dr. Thompson. From the moment I stepped into the office, I was impressed. The Receptionist was friendly and promptly checked me in. Only a few minutes passed before I was brought in for background info and x-rays(technicians were personable and thorough). Dr. Thompson entered the room shortly after the x-rays were developed & reviewed. He has one of the best "bedside" manners I have ever encountered from a physician. My knee issue was explained in terms I understood. Unfortunately as I age, I will need an orthopedist, I'm glad it will be Dr. Thompson. Took my son today to Dr. Tompson for his patellar dislocation and he was very good explaining the issues and how to help him. Dr Thompson took his time to listen our concerns and provide his feedback of my son's prognosis. He has experience with sports injuries and willing to take teens as his patients, that means a lot..

Definitely recommend Dr Thompson. I contacted his office on Monday as a new patient and told them I was having severe knee pain. They got me I within 2 days! Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I was seen on time, was taken back quickly and Dr Thompson took time to answer all my questions and ensured I was comfortable with the treatment recommended. Great overall experience! We love Dr Thompson! Very friendly and efficient . My son had a sports injury and he was very knowledge and helpful in every way ! We highly recommended this Dr !

My wife and I have gotten orthopaedic care (including surgeries) from Dr. Thompson for years! He is very competent, professional and kind. We are grateful to him.

Well they did x-rays pretty good. Doctor can read meniscus condition from just x-rays. Recommended TKR because it was a good time since it was slow with COVID and less medical tourism. Of course his notes are totally different.

I have had two separate knee surgeries with Dr. Thompson.He is a very compassionate man who listens to you as you would expect .No unanswered questions and I did have many.I am so pleased with my time spent with him that resulted in Success.I would highly recommend him as a Doctor who Cares.God Bless Him.P.S.The staff he has was super too. Dr was in a hurry to eat lunch, mis diagnosed my injury. Gave me an injection in my shoulder and I had subluxation of sternoclavicular joint. Dont recommend

Dr. Thompson is the absolute best. I went to FOUR different orthos before meeting Dr. Thompson and I knew in the first 5 minutes of the consultation that this is who I wanted to do my surgery. Fast forward 3 months and I am currently 8 weeks ACL post-op and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Thompson is an amazing surgeon and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. Very through listens and let's you explain your problem without him interrupting until your finished. Then he explains his plan of taking care of the problem.

We've been there several times and the minimum wait time was 1:15 minutes. They bring in 3 patients at a time and expect you to sit and wait. Then the Doctor complains he is so busy. Strongly suggest you go somewhere else where they are respectful of your time.

Dr. Thompson helped our daughter with soccer injury. Went back to him for my knee also a few years later. The best.

Very concerned about telling you about his hotel and his wealth, not so interested in hearing that you still have pain 6 months after rotator surgery. Doesn't seem to like to talk to patients. Billing department are masters of over billing and double billing and insurance fraud. Phone system is unlike anything I've ever experienced. I had to have a second surgery by a real doctor to clean up Thompson's mess. Probably the most incompetent doctor I've ever encountered.

Dr. Thompson is very professional and really listens to his patients about their symptoms. Dr. Thompson is very approachable and so down to earth and knowledgeable about his profession. I am so glad i found him to be my doctor.

after having knee surgery for a torn meniscus in Feb. 2016, he never ordered any physical therapy for me, even when I asked for it. My quad muscle is depleted and it's June 2016...still having pain but won't go back to him. I'm 50 and never had surgery before....he or his office didnt even call to follow up on my surgery. I was silly enough to think to send my daughter to him...he diagnosed her at first...then when pressed to do an MRI...he was found to be false and had to come up with the truth

Dr Thompson has done numerous surgeries on my knees and shoulders from various sports / work related injuries. Every time, I know if he's doing the surgery, I'll be back to doing what I normally do in no time at all!

Doesn't get any better than Dr. Thompson. A gifted, well-trained, kind surgeon and doctor. I've never had a better experience with a physician. Two shoulder reconstructions with nearly a 100% recovery and range of motion!
