This is a great dental office! It was my first visit, and I was impressed with the overall experience. The wait time was short, the staff was friendly, my hygienist did an excellent job and was very personable, and Dr. Towers was friendly and thorough. It was a great experience.

They are very nice, however I do think that my son's teeth could have been a lot cleaner. Also I feel like I should have spoken with the dentist with there being something abnormal in his x-ray. It was explained well, I just would have thought the dentist would have talked to me since I've never met him. Will still continue to use and hope to find a way to get his teeth whiter. I am very pleased with Dr.David Towers. He is a very good Dentist and all of his staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff was very fast and efficient and so super nice! The dental hygienist that worked me up (Kaley) was making sure everything I was saying was being charged and noted. The office was super clean! The dentist himself was very informative, thorough and assessed my concerns right away. I was in and out in under a hour (With X-rays and all). Will definitely be going back for my routine cleanings. The staff was very fast and efficient and so super nice! The best dentist and associates i have been experienced in my 72 years. Definitely recommend - very professional and cordial to everyone.

Haven't been to the dentist in a long time. Went in and Dr. Towers came up with a plan to get all my teeth in good shape. All the staff are extremely nice and prices are fair. Dr. Towers is a good man.

I had a wisdom tooth that had recently started causing some pain. I woke up today with intense pain, called Dr Towers office and they worked me in. I was very impressed with every staff member that I came in contact with from the front office on. I am looking forward to continuing my oral healthcare with Dr Towers awesome team!

Nobody likes a dentist more or less what I'm trying to say is nobody likes to go to the dentist today I went to the dentist I went to all smiles dentist in Roanoke , I don't believe in my 56 years that I've ever went to a doctor's office where the moment I walked in everybody was so kind like I was there patient and they knew me for a long time. From the front desk to the time I was in the chair the people I came in contact with were very professional and kind and understanding to my needs. The office was clean they were efficient and didn't have to wait a long time at all and very affordable even for a low income family. Dr towers at All smiles in Roanoke Al is the best dentist office I have ever been to,I have had some bad experiences in my years of living, but when I met everyone at All smiles I felt so comfortable and at ease I had all 13 teeth pulled at once . First time getting a tooth pulled I was very scared But Dr Towers is good at what he does I didn't feel a thing and it was over with before I knew it????I definitely recommend him

Dr. Towers was very thorough with me, and explained in great detail what procedures I need done. His staff was very nice and helpful.????

Dr. Towers is a kind and considerate dentist. He explains all procedures, concerns himself with the patient's mental and emotional state and makes sure the patient understands. All procedures are done there, which is convenient. Not having to go to another dentist for a root canal reduces stress and anxiety. What surprised me the most is that he called me after my procedure to see how I was. What other doctor does that? I will recommend his office to everyone I know. I had a bad experience with another dentist and neglected my teeth as a result. Dr. Towers and All Smiles Dentistry has worked with me to rebuild my trust and respect for the profession. I was very thankful for the care and attention they gave me. David and his team are the best.

All Smiles is the best in Randolph county. We have used Dr Towers for cleanings, fillings, dentures and a root canal. They are all super sweet, friendly and very professional! We may be a small town but we couldn’t have ask for a better small town dentistry team!

About as much fun as having a tooth pulled. They did fine. I've been going to him for many years, they always do good work.
