Dr. David Guy Walsh

This is "LONG" overdue, I suffered CHRONIC Left side neck, Shoulder, Arm, and Hand Pain & Numbness for 2-3 years prior to my 1st visit with Dr. Walsh. He explained that "MY" issue could be taken care of, though he could not guarantee a time frame/number of injections. He and his staff went as far as waited past working hours to accommodate me(Friday Night), when I was late getting to the hospital for a treatment. (coming in from 500 miles away, working out of town). The pain was unbearable, life wasn't worth living. I needed relief so bad, I contemplated SUICIDE every minute of every day, for years. My so called life, was not worth living........ I kept waiting for his promise of relief, injections were less than 3 weeks apart at times. Maybe a day or two of relief. NO Medication gave me any relief. That was until Dec. 19, 2008. Finally, the pain, numbness, depression, bad attitude, sleeplessness, anxiety, cost of treatments, medication, lost work day, travel expenses, TEARS,,,, ALL ceased, "ELIMINATED" that day, I haven't hurt a day since. I'm 60 years old, wear a hard hat daily, ride motorcycles, golf, fish, hunt, ALL the thing I couldn't do with enjoyment during that time. I was told Spinal fusion was the only answer. After weeks of traction, and Chiropractic and Daily Physical Therapy,,,,when Nothing helped! I was finally sent to see The Funniest, Best Attitude, Honest, Loving Doctor I have ever been around. Believe you me I've seen many. Dr. Walsh, and staff,,,,this THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart is a LONG, Long overdue. Thank you so much for giving me MY Life back. ***Never give up HOPE, I didn't even when I walked in Crying as a 40 yr old grown Man. I believed what he told me, and belief is what kept me coming back. Dr. David Walsh is one of thr best doctors in Mobile. I have been his regular patient for over six years. He is extremely knowlegeable about the human body and how one part may effect the health of another, especially on the subject of pain. On your first visit and throughout your follow up visits, he will continue to educate you so that you know where your pain is coming from and how you personally can help alleviate some of it in addition to the injection he will give you and the medication to help until your next appointment. He puts you at ease each visit, is kind and concerned. He spends a considerable amount of time with every patient asking questions and giving his input which is so helpful and covers other ways you can help your pain besides being so medicated. He talks about natural supplements he has used and has given to other patients that can assist in alleviating some of your pain, he also shows you exercises and talks about diet that can build your bodies defenses. I have been in indescribable pain for an entire 12 months Straight! When I went to Dr. Walsh. I was a skeptic, in pain, however I was willing to try almost anything to get a break from the pain. I read about a lot of doctors, but, Dr.Walsh stood out. He has been around a very long time, he put me at ease before my procedure, and I was comfortable during my procedure. Dr. Walsh is not arrogant, but confident, and experienced. Dr. Walsh in my own opinion, after four back surgeries, years of pain, and many strong medications, He is a God send!!
