I chose Dr. Blakeley as my primary care physician after moving to the Raleigh area in 2018. I've only seen him once for an annual checkup, but I found the staff friendly and Dr. Blakeley to be personable, competent and a good listener. Office is a bit worn and in need of a freshening. Dr. Blakely was my grandmothers doctor several years ago at another practice and after he left that practice she never found a doctor she felt as comfortable with. When we found out he had this practice we called up and got her in to him. Dr. Blakely is so kind and such a wonderful doctor. My grandma recently had a medical emergency that landed her in the emergency room and he was at the hospital to see her before we even made it up there. He has been in to see her and manage her care every day that she has been in the hospital and keeping us updated as towhat is going on with her. We couldn't ask for a more caring doctor. I've even started seeing him as my own primary care and have been very happy with the treatment I've received! We love Dr. Blakely!! Very friendly staff, they know me by name when I come in when after a long time has passed.

Dr. Blakely is great. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns. I would recommend him.

Dr. Blakeley's office goes above and beyond the medical service you get elsewhere. The office building itself needs updating but when was the last time a doctor asked you about your current symptoms, asked more questions to genuinely make a diagnosis based on what the patient says and an exam? I can't recall having ever been to a more thorough doctor. Having said that- he won't send you for a bunch of tests unless they are absolutely necessary. I first went to him because he was highly recommended by a neighbor and I'm so glad I did! That was ten years ago and since then he's seen our whole family for sickness and physicals when needed. You won't see a PA or nurse practitioner here. I highly recommend.

I saw Dr. Blakeley for many years. Due to my husbands job moving us to different states, I am forced to find another Doctor..I have been to quite a few doctors since, but i haven't found any doctors who actually listen to what your saying, take into account that the meds you are on, aren't helping, just giving you more problems( sluggish, nauseous,etc.)He is one of the few who will work with you, even if it means digging into the old not as commonly pitched meds, if it helps you feel like you can be human again...not a bump on the log...I would give anything, if i could find a Dr. Blakeley here..He was always helpful, not rushing you out to get to his next patient, very thorough on the meds he prescribed..knew how to talk to you about your meds and problems using common language, not all medical Jargon ...He is missed, and those that have him understand how lucky they are...Thank You Dr. Blakeley.

Spoke to the Office Manager/ Nurse/ Assistant/ "Whatever you want to call me" and she was extremely rude. I do not recommend this office to anyone. If they have one person doing so many things she obviously has to be stretched too thin ( judging from her tone & attitude) I can't imagine they allow the time necessary to properly treat patients.She hung up on me aggressively after I had called three times regarding the same request and offered to hold this time.
