It took me a while before I felt comfortable enough to enter therapy. But when I met Deb I knew that I made the right decision to get counseling. Deb is a very caring and experienced therapist. I especially like that she gave me techniques to reduce stress when I felt triggered or anxious. If you are considering going to see someone, I suggest seeing Deb because she really listens and gives very good and concrete suggestions.

I found Deb to be a very caring and compassionate therapist. It was not easy for me to seek help in the first place, but she made the experience a good one. I found myself feeling better after each session and was able to make some helpful and positive life changes. Even more than a year later, I am still using the techniques Deb taught me.
