NOT very personal!! AT ALL!!!!

Good luck if your sick or need to get a appointment. Takes 5 days for them to return a call. Then they arr rude try blame you for y not returning calls. Or cus they are so busy. Cant even get in for a mandatory a1c test to keep my job. Worst physician experience I have ever had.

She is one of the best doctors that I have been with. I've been going to her for over 10 years now, and she has never steered me wrong or has done anything deceptive in my view. She is kind and caring, and she looks after for what's best for her patients. The staff there are great as well. The nurses are the same as Dr Jackson. Kind and caring, and they look after you the best they can. I highly recommend her for your self and your family.

Was there for over 2 hours for a very dry 10 minute appointment. Hopefully never again, there has to be better Aetna and if not maybe Aetna isn't the right choice.

Rvasive avoids the problem no empithy she dosent listen like talking to someone who just dosent want to hear it shes there till something better comes along

3.5 STARS I called after my doctor, Dr. Carlos Fior left his practice and I was forced to find another MD. I called the office and explained my meds that I took and my age and anything pertinent to taking said RX"s. When I got there after seeing her nurse... Who was awesome by the way!! I was told by Dr. Jackson that she did NOT prescribe controlled substances. I said ok if it works. So I gave it the old college try and not good so far. The new meds either didn't work with my migraine medication or even plain old migraine Excedrin & the new sleeping pills are contributing to the headaches. I'm now taking Sumatriptan once a day. Not good. I think Dr. Jackson was a nice Dr. and I'm gonna try to get her to swap out for something that may work better. Too bad that the receptionist led me astray. Also if your a self pay it seems to be quite expensive. Very considerate.. You don't wait long, listens to you... Not preachy, excellent paperwork, good nurses

Worst Dr EVER! WONT refill an inhaler prescription for a patient thats had asthma for 23 years becuz the patient hasnt been seen in 3 months. Told patient to go to ER when prescribed inhalers for 23 years.

I saw Dr. Jackson as a new patient and she only spend about 3 minutes with me. She rushed through the visit and interrupted me several times as I explained my medical history. I paid $120 for the visit since I haven’t met my deductible yet. The visit was a waste of time and money.

She spends more time watching the clock than she does listening to the patient. She has never spend more than 5 minutes with me.

I have been going to Dr Jackson for a year now. Super office staff. I have never had trouble getting in. I feel my medical care has been great.

Never can be seen

Unless you have no serious problems skip seeing her. She isn't patient oriented. She told me to take meds I am allergic to for my headaches. Only willing to try meds that control migraines which have never worked for me, after 3 visits and the money I had to pay it just isn't worth the time you waste.

She's not been at this location for over 4 months, so I'm not surprised the previous reviewer had a 1 star experience 3 months ago.

I would not recommend this office to anyone. It is a waste of time even trying to schedule an appointment. They always schedule a month or 2 out. If you do get an appointment then it is usually rescheduled for a later date. If your sick you have to go to a walk in clinic or emergency room they will not see you. The office staff is extremely rude.

My family followed Dr. Jackson (then Dr. Swearingen) from Arthur to Mt. Zion, and now to downtown Decatur. She listens and has a good bedside manner with patients of all ages. We have always gotten in quickly, and never had to wait forever in the exam room - like we have in other offices.
