Highly disappointed in my visit. She didn't address the main reason I was there. My esophagus feels like it is obstructed and I cannot eat solid foods, swallowing water is painful unless I sit up really straight and push my shoulders back as if I am opening my chest up. She ordered an ultrasound, however, the only things that were looked at were my liver and gallbladder. I was under the impression my esophagus would be the main thing that would be looked at as that is my main problem. I am highly upset that my concerns were not taken into consideration. The doctor needs to be reviewed and wrote up as uncaring and rude. I don't appreciate being blown off and not treated as a human. She looks at people as just another check and that is incredibly unprofessional and the complete opposite of the oath that she took as a doctor. Doctor's are suppose to help people, not cause more harm, and they are certainly not supppsed to scam people out of time and money. And that is exactly what she has done in this situation. I have advised my family and friends to switch out of the St. Elizabeth medical pratices, and go to a more ethical and overall better medical practice. She is the rudest doctor I’ve ever been to! I went to see her because I had sore throat and could barely talk. When she came into the room she starts yelling at me for not answering her knock. I had Asked her to come in but my throat was so swollen I couldn’t speak loudly. Hope never to see her again!

She is a rude and uncaring doctor. My doctor did not have availability for an urgent lifethreatning health issue. Dr.Schulte spent two minutes with me and said it was my nerves. Thankfully, my doctor knows me enough to know if I feel something is going on, she takes the time to listen to me and assess me. This doctor spent all of her time typing on the computer and never even assessed me. If you care about your health, do not go to this person for care.

What a shame this place is. The most unethical doctor’s office I have ever encountered. The staff here is unbelievable. Not only did they give my 10 year old a shot that my 14 year old was supposed to get, (because they mixed their files up) Kim actually altered my child’s shot record to make it look like she only had (two) vaccines. So they completely removed the first Hep A vaccine off the record. This is unbelievable. DO NOT bring your children here!! I thank God this wasn’t something serious that could have made my child sick, or for Heaven’s sake something worse!! What a shame this place is. There is a lack of compassion and care; she told my mom to go to the ER, well after I called the office three times to see what her verdict was, and when we waited at the ER for 7 hrs, we were told our PCP should be the person taking care of the issue. I am sickened by her lack of empathy for others, especially my Mother. I pray she shows others more compassion than she has showed us.
