Provider lacked knowledge and competence related to my mental health struggles. Provider insisted on using a non evidenced-base theory that wasn’t appropriate or effective. When expressing my concerns, defensiveness and lack of cooperation were provider’s response. Compassion and empathy were absent. Also provider’s delivery of telehealth was of poor quality. I didn’t feel seen or heard when provider would often look down and have little eye contact. Appeared to be focusing on something else other than me. She often was eating, putting lip gloss on, petting her dog, looking out the window, looking at her phone, and yawning. Appeared to not be interested in engaging with me. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. Therefore, I would strongly recommend avoiding this provider for treatment of complex mental health struggles.

I was at the end of my rope with trying to find services for my child and was in need of an urgent ADHD assessment. I knew I would likely have to wait a long time because most places have such long waiting lists but Dr. Bohn really listened to my concerns about timing and was able to get my son in for testing fairly quickly. I thank God every day that she was put on our path. My son can be a lot, but she was so patient and so professional and really took her time with him. I am confident she spent more time with us than she got paid for and it truly shows how genuine and caring she is. My son finally has the accommodations I have been begging for for years and his school is finally able to help him succeed. The smile on my child's face is priceless and I will forever be grateful to Dr. Bohn for helping us. I cannot recommend her enough.

Dr. Bohn is a very caring supportive medical professional. She follows through with resources and strategies to meet your needs. I would highly recommend her if looking for highly trained medical professional.

Very unprofessional. Lacks compassion, empathy, and competency regarding complexities of mental illness. Fails to properly collaborate with client and client’s other healthcare team members. Utilizes a non-evidence-based therapy model regardless of whether client improves. Becomes very defensive and uncooperative if client questions her method or perspective. Seems unwilling and disinterested in staying atop the latest discoveries and research in mental health.

Would not recommend. Very unprofessional. Lacks empathy, compassion, and competence regarding mental illness. Does not effectively collaborate with client and other healthcare professionals. Utilizes a non evidence-based therapy method regardless if it helps client improve or not.
