Friendly staff, busy practice. Dr. Ganguly listened to me and explained all steps of diagnosis and treatment. I am very impressed. He even gave me his cell number to use!

I ALWAYS wait for at least an hour after a scheduled appointment - sometimes longer. He is always rushed - doesn't take time to ask or answer questions. Does not contact patients after x-ray, labs or MRI - you have to wait a week or two for results. While he may be a very good doctor - he is rushed to get through his enormous patient load and just doesn't give each patient the care they need. I have been in pain for 6weeks with a back issue - unable to walk unassisted - went to another doctor and was referred to a specialist the same day! I received the help I need and am on the road to recovery - no thanks to this practice! I feel his staff is the blame for much of this problem - either undertrained or uncaring!

Dr. Ganguly is one of the few Dr's ???? that actually listens. He is very nice and his staff is wonderful.

Dr Ganguly answered all of my questions over my mother’s illness. Dr Ganguly had a wonderful bedside manner and even offered samples until we could buy the expensive medicine that was required to treat her respiratory illness.

I didn't realize he specialized in Geriatrics.Expect to be treated as such.

Dr Ganguly is the smartest doctor I have met. He was very through and was very helpful in getting me appointments for my blood work and CT. I highly reccomend him. The office staff was very kind and helpful as well.

Dr Ganguly is very professional, caring, and intelligent. At 34 years old, I have a very rare diagnosis that he took on full speed. He works amazing with all my specialty/research doctors. He definitely takes the time to answer any questions I may have. He is very detailed and great at educating. I couldn’t ask for a better PCP.

There has never been a more caring doctor. That is his most important characteristic, the second most important Is his intelligence, depth of knowledge, and bulldog tenacity when confronted with confusing symptoms.

He is a very patient doctor and listens to everything you need to say and answers questions too. I highly recommend him to anyone. He will do anything to make you feel comfortable about your condition . No stones unturned.

My 75-year-old father had back surgery, then went to a skilled nursing unit to recovery with physical therapy. Rather than recovering his strength, my dad started to lose ground and become paralyzed in a couple of months. The unit he was in kept telling Dad that it was his fault. that je wasn't trying hard enough, that he wasn't eating enough. When Dr. Ganguly was informed of my dad's deterioration, he was the only one who kept saying that something else had to be wrong. On two days noticeable, the doctor managed to schedule two imaging tests and have a neurologist looks at the results. Together, they determined that my father had developed a rare autoimmune disease missed by my dad's back surgeon and a whole staff of skilled nursing home workers and physical therapists. I would recommend Dr. Ganguly to anyone. He is dedicated and devoted to his patients' care, and I believe my father would not be alive but for Dr. Ganguly's intervention.

I've used Dr. Ganguly for over 9yrs and I've never had a more caring doctor. Always remembers who I am and all that I have going on (personal and medical) even if I go a year without seeing him and thorough.. Always positive and encouraging.

He was fantastic with my grandmother. He was able to listen to her concerns and slowly make adjustments to her medications that have changed her quality of life. Thank you Dr Ganguly for taking the time to listen.

Dr. Ganguly is an exceptional doctor. He is the most intelligent doctor I’ve ever seen. He is very kind, caring and takes the time to explain everything to you. He even will draw diagrams to help you understand things easily. He goes above and beyond for his patients. He’s also easy to reach after hours for emergencies, which makes me feel comfortable knowing he’s only a phone call away. His nurses are also very efficient and take the time to write down any changes made during the appointments, which is very helpful especially when my husband goes to his appointments alone! Dr. Ganguly and his staff are very professional and i couldn’t find a better place if i tried. Highly recommend seeing Dr. Ganguly, he’s brilliant.

I have been going to Dr Ganguly for about four years and he has always displayed nothing but the utmost Professionalism, Competent knowledge and experience. He truly cares about his patients wellbeing.

Usually can’t get a real person on the phone, even if you pick every option. Haven’t had much luck with a call back for me or my son. Last time I went to his visit with him, nurses were whispering to each other outside the door with the door open. They have also failed to send prescriptions to the pharmacy. Loved Dr Ganguly, but office staff lacks professionalism. Wish I could change doctors for both my son and myself.

I have been going to Dr. Ganguly for more than 16 years. He was the doctor instrumental in finding my cancer. If not for his knowledge of the first signs, I would not be here today. I am 13 years cancer free from colon/liver cancer. Thank you to The Lord God for healing me and to Dr. Ganguly being His instrument in finding it in the first place. I highly recommend Dr. Ganguly for your medical needs. He will take care of you and not give you a bunch of BS.

You can trust this doctor literally with your life. He is pationate about your health and very knowledgeable. I will have my whole family under his care going forward.

Most caring and intelligent doctor I've ever had. He takes phone calls after hours and I feel I can always reach him if I need him. If I'm sick I can just go to his clinic I don't have to wait a week to get an appointment. Sometimes there is a wait like with most doctors but it's worth it to get this level of care.

Dr. Ganguly is very professional and thorough. His experience and expertise is above any other physician I’ve seen. Very pleased to call him my doctor. He goes above and beyond to make sure his patients are taken care of.

I have been with Dr Ganguly for the last year doing clinicals for NP school. He has taught me so much, not only about patient care but also how to be a better more rounded person. I appreciate him and his staff so much that I now have my own family seeing him. He is always willing to do anything possible for his patients that will promote better care. His expertise in medicine is beyond obtainable through any school or training. He has a passion for medicine that shows daily through his practice

I just saw Dr. Ganguly for the first time. I read all of the reviews previously posted so I wanted to make sure I posted one myself of the experience I had. Everything was exceptional! Dr Ganguly was very knowledgeable of everything I had going on. He pointed out what was most important to maintain my health and ways to better myself to prevent further issues that may arise in the future. His staff was also very nice and helpful. I am so glad that I made the appointment!

I have been seeing Dr Ganguly for a year now as my health took a decline over the last few years. I searched for a good local doctor but was unable to find one that I felt like I could trust and was concerned about my health as much as I was. I was told about Dr Ganguly from a friend.I have never been as pleased with a doctor as I am with him. He truly cares about my well being and I fully trust him to help with my health concerns and disease management. Will not see another doctor!

Dr Ganguly has excelled in my expectations of a local doctor! He is always very thorough and listens to every thing I have to say. He is always there at times of urgent need! Would highly recommend him to any of my family and friends. His staff is also very nice and welcoming. They always are quick to call me back if I have any questions!

Dr. Ganguly is a very good diagnostician; I say this as an RN. My husband & I both have benefited from his knowledge and expertise in the geriatric field. His office staff is friendly, courteous & helpful. We are very fortunate that Dr. Ganguly has his practice in this small Texas town.

Took my Father to see Dr Ganguly today for the first time. The whole reason for the appointment was to get a referral for a MRI and to see a Neurological Surgeon for his back issues. After waiting 1.5 hours, Dr Ganguly finally came in the room and immediately started lecturing us on prescription drug abuse. My father wasn't even there for prescription drugs, nor did he want any! Dr Ganguly never even took the time to listen to his concerns. Complete waste of time. Very disappointing.
